Horrible support. It takes a few days for support to reply for a single query. Usually the first reply would be another question and then it takes another few days for it to get back. On an average to solve anything, you might have to wait for weeks. Another big issues is account activation - It says 8 to 10 working days for account to be activated. That is approximately 2 weeks ( assuming weekends and a holiday). Post that they might ask unreasonable questions and documents. Its really tiresome sometime to open an account with Razorpay.

Best things to use razorpay is refund process, customer will get refund in very quick time as compare to other payment gateway, also i personally likes its dashbaord.

There are certain things that razorpay need to fix: 1- The need to enable wallet payment for everyone, they have restrictions for wallet payment for new customer. 2- Sometimes they took 15+ days to resolve small issue, customer support slow.

I have been using Razorpay for my Horticulture business since 2017 to accept online payments from my clients and since then I have never faced any problem. All my clients have made payments without complaining about my payment gateway. I receive all notifications and alerts and have never missed any notification ever.

The best part about Razorpay is they do not have many compliances to approve the account. I provided all my company documents and they approved my account within 3 days. And since then I have been using my account without any problem.

The only thing I do not like about Razorpay is the invoicing system. It has some basic invoicing templates and do not have a professional invoice format. Also I do not have any option to create any invoice format of my own.

I've had customers swipe their cards for a large amount and its been over 5 banking days + 2 days on the weekend ..where we haven't received the money, There isn't a number to call and the emails and online chats we are supposed to get a reply in 8 hours it's been 3 days since i filed the complaint with no reply and this morning I get this message with no mention of when they will settle the payment or reverse the transaction to the customer. I am using it since 2019 i am happy to have razorpay.

Best part of Razorpay is there customer support. I asked then to update my payout cycle and they did it without any questions asking. Also Razorpay is very easy to integrate with platform like WordPress and there UX is good.

There is nothing i dislike about Razorpay everything is wonderful from refund cycle to payout or support.

Pathetic

I have been facing payment transaction failure and have raised the ticket and have been asking continuously to get connected to technical team but instead of connecting me they closed the ticket. Pathetic service.

I have register for one my client minikart, its been more than a month and still its KYC account is not activated, every time under mail or chat , when we describe they say, softly its under process. one of worst irresponsible team they have, no values for client.

Good UI, and highly promoted, ready integration in some cases

There is tons of cons, here are few: 1) Account activation will take at least a month, and documents will be asked randomly and no standard process will be followed. 2) After activation banks like Axis, HDFC, ICICI & many others - will not be available for net banking. And need separate activation and after a wait of months, it may be activated. 3) Support tickets will take days to attend, and will be closed without resolution. 4) Basically payment gateway service provider without any support.

these guys are interested in clients only until the client is onboarded and integrated their api with own system.
