Is there a change in the expiration date of the voucher? I informed the employees of the expiration date registered in the system, and they said that they were able to book the test even after the expiration date. I think we need accurate information or notifications to inform our employees of the right information.

From the navigation to the UI, Xvoucher is very user friendly wherein it is very easy to find what you need, as i shared also if ever in the case I am having difficulty on finding what i need i can easily get the support needed as to the CSR response to mail very fast.

None I have encounter so far, I was expecting issue on the support but so far I always get a reply in a very fast and timely manner so no cons so far for me.
