I reduced no-shows!!

I had no issues with the app. The support team is awesome. They called me and they answered all my questions.

PROS

I love that I can use the app on multiple devices and the messages are sending automatically on the Ultimate plan. I like so much that I can add as many message templates as I want and they are fully customizable. Because of the reminders, I reduced no-shows by 90%. Thank you, Appointfix!:)

CONS

I don't have any cons with this app. As I said, it's the best app.

Goldie is just what I needed.

So far, my experience exceeds my expectations for a on line scheduler with automatic reminders. My clients were able to access and book appointments with ease.

PROS

I liked many of the features for creating text messages and the services that I provide. I was able to set up my business in minutes.

CONS

I would like to have the ability to upload a larger photo for the landing page.

The previous system was no longer sending out any text reminders and there was no way to communicate with them.

I have asked for a different support member, As I am not impressed with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his actions to remove payment details of his own accord. I am yet to have ANY help with ANY of the problems which need to be sorted. I thought I liked Appointfix and its ease of use. However right as we speak, we are testing other applications.

PROS

I liked how user friendly Appointfix was. I liked how it prompted the address, while filling in (a feature which has since been removed), the support team were helpful (yet did put in place what they said they were working on, being an address tab under a customer details ) The messages were sent from number and I could approve the messages.

CONS

The support team, well just [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who is condescending when I asked to have the text messages go back to the premium service with myself approving them. Questioning the tablets I use are able to send text, pointing out they are automated and I can change the out going message. The fact from 1st Nov 2020 we have send 176 text messages and being told we have used all 500 aloud text. This maybe due to a fault of the system sending 3 reminders to one client. Whcih we have had multiple reports from clients. Again a fault I have brought up with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and support team, yet to receive a reply along with attached photo. Good customer service

Was a helpful, user-friendly system. I still like it however you need to sort out somethings. Like sending multiple messages and tell members to pay for more.

I thought at the time Appointfix was on point, I was mistaken. I used the basic (free trial) and was impressed, I then upgraded to premium subscription, still impressed. Then as my business continues to grow, I upgraded my Subscription to Platinum and wasn't happy I couldn't send text messages from my number, didn't like the changes to the maps app. And really don't like the support team lack of help.

New to Goldie

So far its been nothing but a positive experience. I upgraded pretty soon to then next level. and im sure once i have more staff i will upgrade to the Teams.

PROS

Love how easy it is to set up. No help was needed. I really like the automated text messages to clients. And really love the online booking option. Had i live for one day and goot a viewing through it!

CONS

When it syncs to google calendar. I colour coordinate my shifts, and it transfers in one colour. Not a big issues as i just go in and easily change in google.

I love how I can schedule my day to day stuff, everyone gets a text to say they’ve been booked in. Makes my life and my customers life so much easier.

CONS

Nothing to complain about, I like it all. I just find the processing of payments a little longer

My honest review of Goldie

PROS

I love using Goldie because it helps me keep all of my clients separate while allowing them to pick days and times of the week that work for them and I don’t have to go through my schedule, if I update it in the app, I have to send the online booking link and they take it from there.

CONS

Nothing. I’ve had positive experiences with using Goldie!

Perfect, but missing critical feature for me

8/10 I always recommend this to my Tattoo Artist friends, so far i’ve gotten 4 Artist to join Appointfix and they all enjoy it as much as I do, it helps a lot and gives us more time and less stress, again, the only issue is not requiring an immediate deposit to book

The ability to schedule people with ease and have others schedule themselves, as well as color coding thats really nice, THE COOLEST THING IS “block extra time” because i can add the 15 minutes to set up for my tattoo without it interfering with my full hour of appointment

CONS

I really wish i had the ability to recieve a deposit from clients to book a tattoo appointment, i get some no shows and its a pain having to ask people after the fact they already booked to send me money to secure an appointment thats already booked by them.

Fantastic and easy to use!

It cuts my time in half having to reply to lots of messages being able to send them the online booking link. Every time there is a problem i get a response within 12 hours!!! I am extremely happy with the customer service.

PROS

It is extremely straight forward for not only the owner but for the customer too! We love how it can be colour coded & everything is available to see such as price & time it will take. Text reminders are also a HUGE win. I love & my customers love.

CONS

I would like a deposit/booking fee option to be added. However i know this is something you are considering. It would also be useful to take card details so we can charge if there is a no show.

My business runs smoother, and appears more professional by using this app. I’m a one person show, so having something simple to set up and operate from my side, and also be simple to use for my clients, is integral.

PROS

I like that it’s free, and covers all the areas I need in order to run my business: online booking, client notes, simple and straightforward set up of services, calendar syncing

CONS

The “time off/book event” buttons are annoying in that once you click them, they send you to a random date/time selection, rather than the specific day and time you have clicked on to book off.

Love it!

I love how easy it is to use. I am not good with techy stuff so this is easy to use, very customizable and has all the features i need for a very inexpensive price. Would highly recommend.

They had control of what we were able to use and we had no control. Appointfix is a Great Booking App

This has made booking my clients so easy. It helps me keep track of my clients and their appointments. Online booking is also a very convenient way to gain clients without having to talk on the phone all the time.

PROS

The ability to list your own services and prices is so easy. Everything is simple and easy to understand. It now syncs to your social media platforms making it easier for clients to book online, all on one website.

CONS

They should make it so that you are able to edit through a computer and multiple devices. It's only available on phones and on 1 device per account. I also believe it should have a calendar syncing option in case something happens to your phone. You don't want to lose all your client info and appointments.

Makes grooming life easier

I've saved myself some time and headache using this app and it's benefits.

PROS

I like being able to schedule appointments, set up standing/repeating appointments. I like having my services listed. I like having my client info saved. I like being able to send out reminders and instant booking messages.

CONS

I HATE that every time I go to messages to send reminders it starts me back at the top after I send a message. It's super frustrating. I wish they offered more colors for the services list. I wish I could add in charges that aren't services. For example I do a travel fee that is different for everyone depending on location but in order to add it to my total I have to add it in as a service, then you have to set an amount of time it takes to do that "service" even though it's not something that takes time, so after I add my travel fee as a service I have to change the ending time of the appointment because it adds in that extra "service" time. Id also like to be able to add cancelation fees if I need to. This is to my total, not like charging it with the app itself, not like using a pos. I just want to see those things in my total. It would also be nice to have reminders sent out automatically and i need an easier way to send out reminders when it's been so long since I've seen someone. Like make it so you can click one week at a time or month at a time. Then have a list of those clients I haven't seen in the amount of weeks I chose. For example, I want to know which clients I haven't seen in 6 weeks, so I click the 6 weeks button and it brings up a list of clients I haven't seen in 6 weeks. Then I'd like to be able to send them a message saying something along the lines of "hello, we haven't seen you and your pet in 6 weeks and it's time for another appointment."

I honestly cannot complain about the software at all it functions very well for me so far…I like it all

If I would have to say something it would be on the schedule Sunday through Saturday being able to select Sunday through Saturday but marking off your closed days where others can see they are closed… As of right now I have to leave those days on and create a block that says I’m closed for me to recognize that but others just think I’m working that day but booked… So I would just like to be able to leave days of the week on the calendar as a visual and not be able to say I’m closed but not see it on the calendar, it’s a visual thing I think…Also maybe having an option to pre-pay for appointments booked online or to hold a card for payment for cancellation and no-shows

Appointfix an excellent scheduler for pernal trainer

We have used Appointfix to improve personal training scheduling. We used to have a google calendar of the training schedules with google reminder. However, we were facing challenges such as clients do not show up without cancelling the session, clients arrive late, sometimes two clients appear in the same time due to confusion on timing. And for us it was difficult to send a reminder to clients individually because of the volume of clients. We noticed that these challenges are disappointing our clients and become a frustration to us. That was when we started looking for some tool that can assist us. We searched many apps and we found Appointfix solved all our challenges. By using Appoitfix app all our clients receive automatic notification personalized to their situation (some like 1-hour earlier notification, some like a day earlier notification, and personalized motivational messages), we get confirmation or cancelation notice, it has user friendly dashboard where we can glance at it and know what the day, week or month calendar looks like. Appointfix is not only a great App but run by a team of caring people who are ready to help. There are so many apps these days but not common to have caring people behind it. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] helped us setting up all the automatic messages and calendars and he was excellent support in answering all our questions and requests. What I really like about Appointfix

I like being able to manage communication about appointments so quickly and easily.

PROS

I will not go into the standard features of the software which are great, because you can read about them elsewhere. I will just mention that when I used to send out reminder texts the traditional way, there was always a chance a could get the time wrong and really mess things up. There is zero chance of this happening. I really like sending out the reminders so quickly but it still looks like a personally written message rather than a corporation style reminder. I also like there are many different messages I can send out, so valuable in the middle of the day when I am busy but need to get certain information out to new clients who have just been booked into the appointment calendar.

CONS

I have the schedule set up for hourly appointments so that the entire day will fit on my phone screen. However, setting up appointments that are on the half hour takes a few more screen gestures. I also wish the program had a "go to today" button.

Good! Besides the bug glitches every so often. But it’s a newer app so I understand.

PROS

Love the ease of using this app. Everything is very self explanatory for both the user and the client. Doesn’t complicate things but has enough features for someone running a salon/beauty studio. They’re also always updating the app to make it better which i appreciate!

CONS

Wish there was more customizable questions to ask clients while they book. Right now there’s really only one but I could use the ability to add a few more! Also wish I could adjust the amount of services per client without physically adding more. Like plugging in a number or something next to the service. I also wish you could change the number that the automated texts are coming from. It goes from my personal number rather than my google voice number. I also wish I could integrate it with honey book since I use that for my brides. Would love to use the two together!

Highly recommend

PROS

Im a cosmetic tattooist and I was introduced to Appointfix over 1 year ago and can honestly say I have never looked back. It’s made my life so much easier to have my client database, my appointments, client history, the ability to generate revenue reports and have the option to send mass marketing messages to my clients all in the one app. Apart from the fact that I cannot recommend Appointfix enough, the customer support/service I have received is exceptional.

CONS

The only thing I think I would like to see in the future is to be able to use this software on my P.C and have the option to send marketing material via email.

Great product!

Overall, I’ve had a great experience, just would love that added feature of clients being able to see there own schedules.

PROS

What I like the most is the accessibility Goldie provides. Everything is so easy to use and understand and helps keep my business flowing.

CONS

I wouldn’t say least, I would say it’s something I think would be a huge help for a lot of people, specially in the fitness personal training area. I would like an option where the client can view there own schedules and make changes as needed.

The Best App for Self employed salon professional

my biggest solve is having clients know the cost before they arrive, it customizable and sends you reminders too.

PROS

I absolutely love the customization of the messages. The fact that I can add in my prices to my reminder message is a life saver. My clients are no longer surprised by the cost and are prepared. integration was simple since it was based on my existing contacts.

CONS

The only negative I have about it is it uses your own phone number. I would recommend having a second line for this and your clientele so your personal life and work life don't overlap. if this had its own server i think it would then be perfect.
