Greenshot is a quick and easy way to create screenshot and apply labels, numbers and highlights. Good experience overall.

Working in Tech Support, it is great to be able to screenshot a user's screen and then be able to make notes with arrows and circles explaining what is needed.

Sadly you can't do video recordings, only screenshots.

There's an obfuscation tool that's incredibly helpful when troubleshooting issues for our end users so the opportunity to inadvertently share confidential information is dramatically reduced.

The obscure tool allows me to quickly and easily show my tech support team what's going on, without the hassle of encrypted mail, because I can obscure all PHI in moments.

This feature cannot be disabled, and it is problematic for mass deployments where we don't want to disturb the users.

One thing that I can't control is the size of the icons in the interface. Just a tad on the small side for me but a minor inconvenience compared to the masses of functionality provided.

It helps me communicate instructions and to highlight issues to any user who is need of support. I can press print screen and easily grab an image, highlight areas and annotate.

It is a great tool with advanced features that allow to make screenshots in a very fast, easy, and efficient way and even share them on the platforms like Jira.

Greenshot is super easy to use. The keyboard shortcuts are easy to remember.

Don't really have anything about this software that I don't like.

Sometimes it stuck when you open a lot of editing windows.

It also has some interesting features like the sequence number tool, blur, etc that make it stands out.

Has the option to add a camera click sound at time of capture which helps the user to know that the capture has been taken. The apps to open the output file can be chosen.

For what we use it for, it's tough to beat a solid app that is free. I would definitely recommend it.

Customer service has been excellent. Very much on top of my needs, and quick to respond to my questions.

Some of my favorite features are not found in PhotoEditor, but instead with other InPixio products I purchased that do not integrate.

It has been one week with no response and no refund. I did not spend $60 for a messed up product and there is no customer service response.

It is intuitive and accurate while remaining a powerful tool for those who want their photos to look their best and to create new appearances with any photo. Personally, I give it an A.

Apparently, my mistake was there is no key for this software as it is a subscription.

Easier to use than products such as Corel Photo Paint, albeit all the features are not packaged in one app. It is affordable and overall good value for money.

I find this to be a great tool and quite effective for most of my work. It is easy and convenient to navigate throughout the program.

The customer service is good and tries to help in every way 24 hours a day.

It's easy to create great photos that would otherwise require professional software.

I have since requested a complete refund because of how horrible their service is and the fact that the software doesn't have the extent of editing features that I need.

Very enjoyable to use and have great end results with my photos.

What I found was that it was the ease of use as sometimes one finds themself pressed for time say in a deadline and things went well with the ease of performance.

I have several problems that I have not yet raised because raising them is time-consuming for me and the support for past problems has been slow. In brief, I use the software when I must.

Overall, I am very pleased with this studio. I'm going to have to spend some time learning its features, but am impressed thus far.

I am struggling to find how to desaturate the picture to use as black and white.

The components work very well. Results are similar to or better than other good products.

I found overall, that this is a rather good package if you don't mind the subscription for what it is designed to do and are an amateur or cellphone photo taker only.

I have difficulty using this software; it's a struggle to use; taking up a lot of my time trying to figure out this. I am confident one day; I will master it.

It looks great, has some very advanced features, and  has additional available components that integrate nicely into the main menu interface. The interface is clean and consistent across modules.

In general I'm sick of the software industry moving to subscription based, cloud based and/or internet connection required apps.

And I love to enhance my own personal photos also. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to use picture software.

I really love the fact that the price is reasonable and software is easy to configure, understand and use daily.
