It is easy to manage, very friendly interphase, you have no limits for projects creation, you can add in each project any information you want and how many task you need, it works wonderful because you can share your project with your friends and coworkers to hear opinions and improve some aspects of your work.

It does not come with any feature of administration and cost, so if you want to manage this kind of feature you have to use another software as support for accounting and administration.

As a freelancer, managing my time is one of the hardest things for me to do. I mostly work by myself, so I wasn't sure I even needed a project management tool. I signed up for Agantty out of sheer curiosity and I haven't regretted it for a second. I never expected that planning out my working days would one day turn into a fun activity. Agantty's UI is clean and beautiful, simple yet smart. It only took a few minutes for me to become familiar with the core functionality. There's a useful division between the calendar-like gantt chart and the dashboard, which shows your projects as a to-do list. I prefer using the gantt chart, not only because it gives me a better overview if I have various overlapping tasks on a given day, but also because it shows me at a glance how much I've already accomplished. There's no better feeling than marking a task as finished.

Even though Agantty is very user-friendly, some things aspects could still be simplified. For example, when working alone, I would like that any new task automatically be assigned to me, and that the tasks and users sections in the gantt chart view could be merged into one. Then again, I realize that I'm probably not the average user and that Agantty really shines when used for collaborative work.

My overall experience with this platform is good and I may recommend it to others.

Project Management has never been easier. It's great to use internally in a team, and also great for showing to clients. They are always impressed when they see the organized Gantt charts Agantty provides.

The collaboration feature is extremely easy to use. I can assign people to tasks, and team members can make edits and also add tasks themselves. This sort of coordination is better than in many professional calendar applications we use. The idea of using Gantt charts for project management is ingenious - sure, it's been done before, but Agantty has truly mastered it.

I would like for the program to have more external integrations, in particular Dropbox or Google drive. Trello did a great job of doing that, and if Agantty were to do that too it would truly be one of the greatest pieces of software I've used. I'd also like to see an export feature where the Gantt charts can be printed or displayed as an image, preferably with the option to exclude certain projects/tasks or overall modify the look of it.

One of the best things using this software is the design. It is very nice to use it, easy to understand and very useful when it comes to managing things. Nothing to say, the website is very good. Neither bugs nor huge things missing, just "little things" ;)

Even though I have one thing I would love to see in Agantty: A calendar. Since the program shows the "bar design" all over the place, it would be very nice to see a "calendar" for an overview in the future (similar to the "monthly" tab, but in a calendar style). Also using Agantty on Mac OSX in a program itself and a google calendar integration / sync would be very nice

The software was fairly easy to use, and provided me with a clear picture of my team and their status on projects they're working on. Depending on your team, Agantty might be a perfect fit for you— Would highly recommend trying it out!

Easy to use, and to create clear GANTT charts with delineated responsibilities and clear milestone dates.

There are some key features missing, such as the ability to do repeating tasks. This is a great tool for mapping out large projects; when looking at it for my daily or weekly repeated tasks, I was left wanting more.

For our business, we evaluated several packages across open source and free-fremium. Agantty has the most features at the free plan with a lot of upgrade options.

It saves time for projects!

It is simple to use and have all feature I need. You can easily manage a team and it has good setting options. I like that the system is web-based and you can use it by mobile... AND it is free!

An integration of cloud storage would be very useful and a small direct comment function for team members.

- Communication with team members is limited - May not be suited for really big projects, because it can get confusing - No standalone app (yet) - Undo function would be great if you exidently move stuff around

User-friendly interface, beautiful design, and very well organized. This is the only tool my team uses right now for management and everyone's very satisfied.

So far so good. Does not work great in some browsers, but with Chrome is great.

Everything works like a charm. Just handling subtasks isn't always perfect for all projects.

Agentty is easy to use. Its a nice Web-Based platform with all usefull tools of a Gantt Chart. The Intention behind the Web-App is a Sexy and Easy to use program. I'ts also a powerfull toll to have a good time scheduling. The jokes inside of the application are also really funny. You can select an german dialect just for example. Agentty is a freeware application and thats cool!

Overview of all my task and processes for free.

Easy use and very bleassand UX. The on boarding process very short and straight forward. Also the use is very simple.

Sometimes the animation lacks but it's not hindering the work process for me at all. I think it's very fast improving.

Really nice Gantt-Chart. A lot of functions like To-Dos. of course it is really nice that Agantty is for free (I would pay for it!)

It's not easy to use all the time. Some functions are a little complicated or missing. (i.e. Changing Date by typing). The UI elements are spread to all sites (top, right, bottom & left)

I can create projects of anything I want and everything I need, with not a limitation of space, a number of task or people involved, the apps works very smooth it has a very friendly interphase I does not consume so much broadband of your internet connection.

It helps me a lot in my personal organisation.

First of all: It's free! So there is no risk of using it. It's very clean and well designed. It helps a lot in my personal project organization. You can work with as many people as you want. The dashboard is great.

There are no apps for iOS and Android yet. I miss a connection to my calendar. Would love to have some reminders. Would be great if there would be also a possibility for tasks that are not part of a project but need to be done.

Better scope of projects

Free and easy to use project management software. I tried many apps paid and free like Gantter, GanttProject, OpenProject, Teamweek, Orapm but I stay with Agantty. Because: -UI looks modern and easy to use (especialy when we compare with Gannt Project or OpenProject) - Free not only for you but also for your mates (not like asana where you have free plan for one user) - Reports on email - Tasks on Projects - Reports on email

- Need more advance task system (consider lists like in Assana or Dropbox Papper) - At this moment lack of support for Wunderlist/Assana/Trello

I can manage my projects of design easily, managing the calendar, the task and the administrative processes, so in this way I can saw how I advance and where are the mean limitations of the projects. and when I have to put more attention to be on time for the delivery.

This app is not as powerful as other software for projects, because it has only the basic tools to work, does not have a tool to manage money and accounting which a very importan feature when you manage projects.

This app is very friendly, through their five steps process you can easily create a project, add the task, invite your friends and monitoring the advances, is that simple, you do not have to worry for paying expenses licenses, you just login with your free account and start working.

By the time I do not have anything bad to say about it, this app has help me a lot, it will be wonderful if they can build a downloable version of the app.

We are a new startup called 'The Noise Inside'. Just like every budding startup, we didn't have fat pockets to spend on paid tools. Due to the fact that Agantty is geared towards basic to intermediate complex projects, there are some features missing. After using the software for a longer time you will notice that there are no options for leveling, setting a baseline or define a critical path.

It looks great and is pretty easy to use. It lacks some features, other tools have, but those tools arent free. So imo the best free project management tool ive worked wiith so far.
