Agile, simple, and Easy to manage!

So far it's value for money, learning curve is not steep.

PROS

Very simple interface, usable function and very easy to onboard the team and clients.

CONS

Documents management system, wish it could be integrated to Gdrive or 1Drive.

Pretty Great Product

PROS

I liked the accessibility of the ahsuite platform the most. It was easy to use, and it had a nice layout that made it simple to find what I needed. .

CONS

The setup process for each client is a little cumbersome as there doesn't seem to be a way to just send a link and get it started for them.

Excellent Client Portal Tool that is Simple Yet Powerful!

I love Ahsuite and Although I've been using it for a short time (at the time of this writing), I can't imagine running my business without it. I had been searching for a tool that would be a simple yet powerful client portal and reduce the friction that can arise when communicating back and forth with clients. I'm so glad that I found Ahsuite!

PROS

There are several things that I love about Ahsuite. Here are just a few:1. I really like that it's easy to add a custom domain or subdomain and also white label so that my branding is shown to my clients. This only took a few easy steps to get it set up.2. I love being able to create "Conversations" between my clients and me or my team members. My client receives the messages via email and can reply right there or within the portal. Either way the messages are recorded for all to see in the portal.3. The task manager is very intuitive and segments tasks by client, which keeps things nice and organized.4. I can customize many features of an individual client portal or all client portals if I want. For example, I can reorder, add and rename tabs on the left navigation and just click a button to have any changes applied to existing clients.5. The knowledgebase was super helpful and support has been excellent so far!

CONS

There's nothing that I dislike about Ahsuite. It has made my life much easier. I'd like to see a few more branding options in addition to the already available features to add brand colors, a logo and client logos. I shared my ideas for more options with the product team who seemed very open to my suggestions.

I chose Ahsuite because of its simplicity yet power packed features.

The customer support was lacking with the other tool and they were slow to help resolve technical issues.

This is what I need, easy to use but limitless options.

It is much easier to do things because of the availability of many files, pass, info, and task for the whole team or cooperator.

PROS

I like the intuitive dashboard, colours, and many good features, e.g. password saver and client template creator. Everything is easy to set up and use. I needed open communication with my teammates on the project. This is excellent service for managing team and client purposes. We all can preview steps of each other and know how our project is going. Some fields can be translated, which I like on the client template. This will be huge. AhSuite is here to be the game changer. I enjoy their potential.

CONS

There is only some visual issue with options, e.g., creating task date. They only can be saw after hovering it, no matter the screen mode (light/dark).Besides that, for me, everything works like a charm.

A wonderful tool for small and big teams alike

You can do a lot using Ahsuite that will help you get work done. For example, embedding Google analytics for clients to see and sharing progress notes with the members of your agency.

PROS

There’s no need to be tech-savvy to maximize Ahsuite. It’s simple to use and includes video tutorials from the founder himself in case you’re not sure of a specific feature!

CONS

From a design perspective, I would like the ability to change the theme or color of the client portal to make it look more attractive or personalized.

Fantastic dashboard manager for my clients

I have no complaints, this is by far the best software I've implemented from any of the many AppSumo LTD's I've purchased.

PROS

The ability to embed and display multiple metric dashboards from three different sources into one client facing portal has been my favorite by far.

CONS

It's still in production, but the owner is extremely responsive and will make updates as you request them in many cases. The main thing I'd like to see updated would be notifications consolidation when clients ping or message or upload any of the different workflows (for example I'd like to get custom reports when clients add a password for me, or drop an asset in the folder, or even view their dashboard if I want to get crazy with it).

I gave it a shot due to the AppSumo LTD and was very happy with the outcome.

Customizable Client Portal w/ Receptive Dev/Founder

A client portal is what I’ve been looking for. There is a lot more said to be coming and I feel this product is worth investing in because of who made it. From how well he communicated his vision and was transparent in a Facebook group. Consider it. :)

PROS

It’s as simple as you want it to be. But has more than meets the eye. You can add tabs and take them away. View what the client will see. There is nothing like this in real estate CRMs. Which blows my mind. That’s just my use case. Can see many use cases. Embed stats. Docs. Whatever you want them to see. It’s great.

CONS

At first like any software it took a minute but they have documentation. Not tech sauvy so I had to learn how to embed things.

Communication and messaging features are superb.

My team was looking for a tool that would allow us to keep ourselves easily updated on our shared projects. Not just that, but also chat in real-time without having to use a separate platform. We’re super thankful to have found Ahsuite as it does all these!

PROS

Sometimes clients may not be available to respond to a message via Ahsuite, but what’s great is that they still receive the same message in their email inbox. For convenience, they can reply right away by email. No need to log into Ahsuite.

CONS

So far, I haven’t encountered anything that I think needs improvement, although currently, I’m using Ahsuite from my desktop. Will check out how easy it is to use on mobile soon.

Managing client, getting approvals and project management is so easy with Ahsuite.

Overall, I'm really happy with the platform and would recommend it to others.

PROS

I really like Ahsuite, It helps me boost my productivity by letting me create easy-access client portals. The collaboration feature helps me to get in sync with other and stay organized. It also helps me in managing tasks and keeping track of deadlines. This tool really is a suite of many tools. Aww Sweet!

CONS

Customer support is good so if you need any feature you can directly ask them but just for the sake of mentioning I would request Ahsuite to make UI look more professional.

Uno de los mejores sistemas para la gestión de clientes digitales

Desde que llegué fue muy sencillo usar el sistema, los portales que hasta ahora he creado para mis clientes ha sido fabuloso

PROS

Ofrece un sistema simple pero contundente a la hora de ofrecer un panel para clientes, mismo que podemos editar

CONS

Que faltan poner muchas más opciones respecto a que el cliente pueda crear tickets de soporte, crear multiples paneles en un mismo cliente

Great solution for client portal & project management needs!

PROS

I loved the Password Manager feature! This has been instrumental in securely sending login credentials along with keeping everyone on the same page.

CONS

I wish there were more "Are you sure?" popup's on more options/toggles and I wish I could individually communicated with different members of the client's added team.

The answer to so many problems!

The software is great but the people are lovely. - they are quick to respond and friendly. Top-notch customer service!

PROS

It is easy to set up which is excellent. But so easy for clients to use - which is even better! All communication, files and tasks are in one place, so there is no sieving through emails.

CONS

I am only a few months in but there hasn't been anything negative so far.

Great Product That Is Just Getting Started

All in all this is a great product with a ton of potential. Ahsuite seems to be committed to being in the game for the long run and has a lot of really neat ideas they are working on. If none of the planned integrations even came to fruition, I would still use the product just to keep my clients up to date and me on task.

Clean and Simple

My overall experience on Ahsuite is great. All of the things you need are already provided on it.

It is so simple to use that even a new user can easily understand on how to use it.

If you work with clients, and share sensitive documents, use Ahsuite.

PROS

I can securely share files, logins, tasks, etc to both the team and the client.I can also make my profile public within Ahsuite community so I can get referrals or also look for talents should I need more for a project.

CONS

It's a little bit interesting the way teams are handled - each team user is a sub-account and it took me some time to understand.

So sweet, Ahsuite

The experience has been pleasant. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a support portal for clients.

PROS

It was very easy to adopt right out of the box so to speak. That's what I look for. I don't have time to get knee-deep in overly complicated tools.

CONS

I haven't experienced any dislikes at this point. I would suggest easier access to the public link. It took me a while to locate it.

Good app for organizing agency tasks

The application is great, it lets me keep all my communication with clients organized and it allows me to stay on top of the conversations. It has a lot of features that I can use to represent my company and it lets me spend less time running the agency.
