The ease to create the database structure including the table relationships, DataPages and quick deployment with little coding. I like the authentication protocol which makes the software very secure.

Pros: easy to use, helpful videos, live/free trainings were excellent.

Overall Caspio is a great platform hands down. They offer a great service and is highly customizable and recommended for larger companies with a big budget.

There are lot of tutorials available with lot of troubleshooting page and customer care is the best part over here they are very friendly and responsive.

And the support is generally pretty good. Basic apps and workflows are pretty easy and intuitive.

My overall experience with Caspio has been excellent. In the past, I have used Caspio to build an integrated set of applications for a Statewide startup program.

It includes almost all features of a good database management system with sufficient security options. It also integrates well with other applications and existing business processes and data.

With the help of Czar Zurich Placente, we have been able to build this system in a few months with ease. Czar has been so unbelievably responsive and professional throughout the entire process.

The team assigned to manage our transition was caring, courteous and totally focused on a successful implementation of our project.

There should be a multiple check box feature, where the choices can be pulled from other fields. Also, the rules for conditions are very limited.

A huge pro is the variety of features and abilities that the software gives the developer. Similarly, the customer support and library of helpful resources is not lacking whatsoever.

The platform is inconsistent in implementation which slows the learning curve and frustrates development.

Offline functionality is a huge upset. It is problem where we have considered moving to other platforms.

In my opinion, there is no better cloud database product in the marketplace. Caspio is simply the best.

The reminder feature helps in getting tasks done before the reaching the deadlines. The integration feature helps in syncing the data from numerous cloud apps.

I love how you can develop apps using no coding at all. On top of that, if you want to customize further, you can use custom code to develop anything you want.

I can't recommend her enough. She is a huge asset to the Caspio team.

Its user interface made it simple to create and deploy powerful online applications. It was also an excellent platform for rapidly developing and publishing data-driven webpages and web applications.

But ok, bugs is for everyone, what really is unacceptable is the total lack of support and collaboration.

Impressive customer service on that front but not so much with testing of updates/patches.

For me learning how to use caspio was very easy but what I loved the most was the way it integrated with my website.

After setting up, modifying, implementing, and now maintaining the database I needed to build, I am very happy with this software even with the learning curve.

We liked the flexibility of this software to build out solutions in the way that met our custom needs. This transcended the capabilities of existing products in the marketplace for our needs.

Oh the customer service both on chat, email, and phone, is a cut above the rest. I don't know how Caspio manages to always be there for me.

His knowledge of every aspect of Caspio has been amazing.

Designing datapages is also quite easy and only requires a minimum of learning time.

Then if you ask to negotiate they are not available. Once you are tied up with them they not only deliver less value, but they are rigid and unavailable to collaborate.

There are a ton of training videos and documentation to walk you through using the software. I also love how changes are seamless and take place in real time.

Ultimately a large amount of time was spent figuring out how to cut out pages and combine features, killing user experience.

Others are changes they have planned for future editions. Problem is, I need them now.

Take a look at all your options - do you need to integrate with other products or are you ready for Unanet financials which is complete integrated.

Unanet is a great tool to track project-specific time. Very easy to assign staff to projects and establish time budgets.

I can't say that I really have any complaints about this particular vendor.

I like that I can enter hours in 15 minute increments.

Unanet is perfect for a growing company trying to keep overhead and admin staff small. Their customer support is great and they have a wealth of knowledge available online.

It's a cost effective solution for government time reporting. It's straightforward and easy to use.

Additionally, Unanet welcomes suggestions from customers on how to improve their software and the suggestions are actually made, when possible.

It is incredibly easy to use and its inherent intuitiveness make this is an extremely powerful tool. It even comes up with cell phone app and can be navigated from virtually anyplace.

It's a great way for everyone to have access to the things they need.

Very intuitive and easy to use. They also have outstanding customer support and training.

System is extremely intuitive and very strong resource material. End Users rarely have issues and almost instantly understand how to navigate.

Ability to easily import data for people, projects, etc. Robust integration from timekeeping, planning, projects and tasks.

Not easily customizable. In a small org it's hard to have the resources available to populate to the level of detail Unanet requires.

You can attach award and mod docs to the contracts, bank statements to reconciliations, checks and invoices to AP Vouchers and AP Payments.

Having used it for over two years, Unanet is pretty reliable.

It's fairly easy to learn to use the interface, but there are some items that should be reviewed by developers.

What I like most about this software is the ability to go back and change things if there is a good reason.

I like that I can recommend it to QuickBooks users for Time Tracking and Expense, and then when they outgrow QuickBooks they can upgrade to Financials.

For a basic user like myself, Unanet is pretty easy to use when putting in timecards and general expenses on a daily basis.

They like the portability of a cloud based system, and they like the security. I like that it requires people to be accountable when you set up the approval trails.

It should be titled Paid Leave Accrual start date since that is what its function is.

Unanet is a great value for the money and I would recommend it to any organization who has project based reporting and accounting.
