I am amazed by the simplicity of a tool that is capable of driving a real performance. People do not do what you expect, they do what you inspect (but then they hate to do it) and somewhere in the middle there is Qollabi which is facilitating your daily life ! I want to thank also BIG TIME the entire Qollabi team for the daily follow up and care about adapting Qollabi to my needs, while not compromising on quality and always wanting to improve with suggested ideas.

A completely customizable software with clear state of play of todo's, easy to share in order to obtain 1 paln and 1 view of the joint success of a company and its partners

Integration with the current business processes is complex indeed, but not as challenging as it might look despite the fact that strong commitment is needed to realize it, otherwise it is worthless.

It helps us to focus on the acitvities to achieve some defined goals instead of focussing only on the result of a collaboration. In this way our accountmanagers can make a difference in their relationship with the broker.

What is most important about the Qollabi software is that it brings the attention where it should be. What are the sales activities my team is performing. We at bpost strongly believe in the ROA method. Results are driven by objectives and objectives can only be met by doing sales activities (calling clients, having meetings, sending out offers). No activities equals no sales. Thanks to Qollabi I have an aggregated view of all activities, per sales person , per cluster, region up to the national level. We also use the Qollabi platform to set up our sales plan, which then are transparent throughout the whole organisation. Qollabi also helps or sales force to make SMART plans and my sales manager to do a better follow-up.

The only disadvantage I can think of is the fact that we made a personalized tool, therefore it took some time to deliver the customized tool. Also there is some change management involved so that takes some careful planning and coordination.

The account manager should get a sign on the date he marked out to make an appointment for a follow up with the broker. It would be usefull if we could make some extractions in a pdf or excel that we can send out.

My overall experience with Qollabi is very positive and I am convinced that it will help my team to face the challenges, to make the right decisions and last but not least......to grow.

It's an easy tool to see wich activities, the number over activities and where we can focus to grow.

Just an monthly overview from the performance of the past period would be nice....specially when you have a bigger team and more activities/numbers to manage.

t gives me an overview of my daily operation and monitoring of my region. It will contribute to the creation of a business plan 2022. All of this has been put together in cooperation with team Qollabi and DELA. Which is great, because we now have a tailor-made tool.

It is already a good system, but there are still small improvements to be made here and there. For example, in the future, external segmentation so that there can also be contact with the insurance broker.

Qollabi helps me to work more structured and efficiently. It's easy to use, clear and simple and allows me to plan and follow up on my visits and analyze my sector. I really like that it's not your average sales tool with prefabricated sales plans... To us, it's a DELA-tool made possible by Qollabi. The customer support is great: professional and flexible.

Some features need some further development, like for example the PDF outprints...

Je pense que le vrai plus de ce soft, c'est la réactivité, la sympathie et l'écoute de ses créateurs. Une équipe jeune et très dynamique à l'écoute du feedback. C'est pas vraiment souvent le cas partout! Si nous avons un problème, ils réagissent très vite et sont très efficaces.

Ce que j'apprécie le plus c'est la clarté des éléments, les couleurs qui attirent le regard et le fait de ne pas avoir trop de textes qui empêchent de comprendre les choses. Les boutons ne sont pas trop petits, il ne faut pas zoomer pour cliquer! :). Le site est relativement clair et donne envie de travailler dessus, on sent bien que ce ne sont pas seulement des techniciens IT qui l'on conçu. UI et UX sont indispensables si un logiciel ou un site veut avoir un impact sur ses utilisateurs.

On peut toujours améliorer un produit, surtout quand il en est à ses débuts! La sélection des dates est assez passe-partout et pourrait être rendue plus visible afin d'éviter d'oublier de changer de semaine... L'addition automatique des réalisations serait un plus, afin d'éviter de devoir nous-même additionner nos réalisations. Une idée comme ça... avoir la possibilité de voir l'objectif global de l'équipe.. où nous en sommes par rapport aux chiffres. Après tout, nous sommes aussi une équipe et visualiser, pq pas sous forme de graphique, où nous en sommes... ça peut aider si besoin. Il faut toujours attendre la réunion pour savoir où en est l'objectif global (région et national).

Qollabi evolueert naar het unieke platform om alle zakelijke items van een klant te centraliseren. Als naslagwerk krijgt het natuurlijk alleen maar nut als je als gebruiker ook alles toevoegt wat essentieel is om te consulteren. Daarna leiden de functionaliteiten van het platform je naadloos naar een werkplanning, een strategie van aanpak en nog veel meer?.

Het is even opletten dat je via Chrome moet starten, maar eens dat in de vingers ben je snel in Qollabi. Een aantal ongewone symbolen overwinnen en onthouden is niet zo moeilijk. Vanaf dan blinkt de module uit in gebruiksgemak, eenvoud en helderheid. Zelf ben ik er nog niet helemaal toe om voorbij de stap input te komen. Maar output komt weldra aan de beurt.

In het egin is het, zoals altijd, wennen aan een layout, gebruikte functieknoppen, soms formuleringen. Maar sinds de gebruiksstart va Qollabai zijn er al verschillende verhelderende stappen voorwaarts gezet.

Na een aarzelende start meer en meer overtuigd van de kracht van Qollabi Geregeld wordt er telefonisch feedback gevraagd en er wordt ook iets meegedaan

API's and integration but the development goes so fast that it's probably fixed when I finished typing this comment.

Its a very clear and structured tool, easy to use. You can fully personalize the plan and fill it in according to your priorities. Efficient follow-up of your activities.

It would be more convenient to reset the feedback every week.
