Pros
- I like how it is free for the landlord. I also like how you can look at all your units on one page.
- We love that our renters can directly deposit their rent into our account and we don’t have to go to some location to pick it up. It depositions into our business account.
Cons
- There is also no option for a expedited deposits for rent payments, I still have to wait a few days.
- They had everything in one place (rent, maintenance records) and tenants could pay ahead of time. I found this a little hard to get started on, and was disappointed it didn't have the same feature.
Pros
- For the Real Estate prospective the most useful feature is the report field. It is very useful and easy to use because you can review and check all the info (General and Financial) for all the units.
- The abstract function is extremely valuable in accessing quick information on specific topics, and the financial tracking function has cut our annual budgeting process time in half.
Cons
- Setting up Ad Hoc reports can be a little difficult. Understanding how to get the filtering to work is not as easy as some systems I have worked with.
- User manual very confusing to read. Sometimes input key (especially for dates) doesn't work and have to retype many times to get date in.
