- Super easy to navigate, makes doing bank reconciliations super easy as well as paying out vendors that are owed. Even setting up users is super simple and fast.
- On paper it looks great and appears to be a great value - if you are a single user this may be the product for you based on price.
Cons
- The least I like about the software are. From an accountant perspective and having QuickBooks knowledge doing adjustments and rectifying ledger accounts are a bit confusing.
- This company has fallen behind so far compared with their competition. They stopped innovating and placed no value in customer support.
Pros
- When I have an issue the representatives are always willing to jump on a call to discuss my concerns and are always helpful & polite.
- ManageCasa is one of the newer software products out there but that’s definitely one of its advantages. Their tech support is ALWAYS available at no additional cost.
Cons
- Whenever there are system updates, it is not communicated well to the customers. After most updates there are problems with accounting reports be changed or not working.
- Old homeowners are showing up along with present homeowners. Past homeowners are being emailed from the system even though their info is no longer there as a homeowner.
