TOPS software has been the key to keeping all of our records clean and organized. I have been in the Property Management field for over 11 years and I have used a good number of different systems.

Super easy to navigate, makes doing bank reconciliations super easy as well as paying out vendors that are owed. Even setting up users is super simple and fast.

Their enhancement program is nice, it allows you to recommend changes to upgrade the system to better suit your business needs.

I normally don’t do reviews, but my experience with company has been awful.

The least I like about the software are. From an accountant perspective and having QuickBooks knowledge doing adjustments and rectifying ledger accounts are a bit confusing.

On paper it looks great and appears to be a great value - if you are a single user this may be the product for you based on price.

Foreclosures and bankruptcies were skyrocketing and our operational needs were multiplying faster than we could handle.

This company has fallen behind so far compared with their competition. They stopped innovating and placed no value in customer support.

Adequate Software for Smaller Property Management companies.

It is not user friendly and the programming is terrible.

I found several companies that were using Tops Software and I went to a couple of them to see Tops in action. It was very impressive and very stable.

It is awesome 😎 especially the color coding and telling you success or error very easy to use.

The ability for our Board and for our accounting to be able to access and use the system is  really great feature.

Support team is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Clean interface, great integrations.

The time that I had worked with the software was about 2-3 years total. The system at times would crash and the IT tech person they would need to reboot the system itself.

TOPS software is very user-friendly, robust, practical, detailed, and it is frequently updated to follow new legislation. They also have a terrific tech support team.

TOPS (One) is a very easy program to learn. I find it more user-friendly than TOPS Pro, its predecessor.

Features don't work, the accounting is awful and when you try to get customer support you will pull your hair out.

TOPS software is very user friendly, even for someone who is not that computer savvy. The support system at TOPS is great.

You have to click in and out which adds more frustration and or copy and paste a chat to word and go back and forth on directions on how to do something.

The customer service is outstanding. I cannot say enough about how great their customer support team has been.

The tenant payment options are really painful to manage and working with support didn't fix this. The $1 ACH fee is not okay to past to the tenants, that is why I left and started using TenantCloud.

Customer Service agents are so fast, efficent and super helpful. They are really good at getting you the information you need and always ask if you need help with anything else before exiting chat.

The main thing I need to see everyday is who has paid, who has yet to pay, and any maintenance requests. You have to go into each units page to see if the tenant has paid or not.

It has a fanatics dashboard with friendly user interface that I can have a good overview with just a glimpse. Also, with detailed documentation, it is quite easy for setup and understand how to use.

There has also been issues with tenants downloading the landlord app rather than the tenant app which causes confusion.

It really has been great. Love the price and the ease of use.

RentRedi gives me a user friendly way to service my customers and, meet my legal requirements as a Property Manager.

Too much stuff to remember which does not make it easier to navigate and move forward quickly to get in and out. Some navigation does not make sense therefore it can be confusing.

The most desirable thing of this software was its ease of implementation.

It is so simple to use and very inexpensive. I had a little trouble figuring out how to enter in past rents, but the online chat support answered me quickly and resolved it right away.

That is so user friendly. What I love most is that I can set up different bank account for different properties.

I was frustrated with management fired them and now adding a forum that was foreign was difficult, but this team at Rentredi made any obstacles measurable.

Some features that I don't use but, I'm not sure I need them.

It is very easy to setup and has great customer support. The notification template is helpful to send quick messages to all tenants in a building.

I like how I can collect payments for $1 free and my tenants can choose to pay with a debit card if they wish. Also real human support is better than you can get from any other software package.

Customer Support is unmatched and gives new landlords a lot confidence in the application. Improving the time required to process payments would help a lot.

I love that this software can do everything from screening the tenant to charging them late fees once they are in.
