I originally tried RentRedi for the value, which is it's greatest strength. After setting up my properties to self-manage, I found that it was difficult to set up charges. Thankfully, despite some of those difficulties, after speaking with phone support the problem was promptly resolved. I have not tried any of the features to communicate with tenants, nor any of the expense tracking/accounting, but I hope to get to those once everything it set up and running with rent collection. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros The pricing is the greatest benefit. I love that RentRedi provides so many features under one product for a price that even one of those products would charge. #### Cons It was a bit of a hassle setting up rent charges, and was confusing to know exactly what needed to take place in order to confirm that all was set up successfully. #### Reasons for switching to RentRedi I liked the pricing, as well as the integration with other products offered through Bigger Pockets. #### Vendor response Hi Dustin, thank you for sharing this. RentRedi allows simple access for Rent collection, communication platform, marketing for vacancy. #### Cons It does take about 5 to 6 days for Rent Redi to collect funds and then deposit those funds into my account. There are various price ranges depending on what you want from the platform. As someone who only has 1 property, it is exactly what I need and as I expand, I will continue to use this software and will then upgrade my payment plan in order to get access to the other benefits. Their IT/support group is available 24/7 and have literally answered all of my questions within minutes. #### Cons The only thing I don't like about it is the analytics page. I scheduled 1 call for on boarding and a walk through of the software features and functions. It was about a 30 minute call and it helped me get up and running quickly. #### Cons I have very few negative things to say about RentRedi. My one very minor issue is when using the mobile app it does not always automatically log me into the landlord interface.
