RentRedi allows simple access for Rent collection, communication platform, marketing for vacancy. Cons: It does take about 5 to 6 days for Rent Redi to collect funds and then deposit those funds into my account. I wish this was a shorter time frame. Reasons for choosing RentRedi It was recommended to my by another Property Manager. Credit boost for tenants. Cons: On the occasion when I set the tenants charges it does not save properly. I double check everything on my end but the tenant receives the incorrect charge. The tenant generally lets me know. I also don’t think the maintenance portion is strong enough. I’d like a ticketing system for maintenance where I can see all open tickets broken down by unit and what has been completed or not.
