There is a steep learning curve, and with ongoing operations its difficult to set aside time for the Yardi University. It has been difficult. We have spent many hours on the phone with residents who were having problems setting up their RentCafe' accounts. We have also been frustrated with the people they have on the support chat. Many times, we feel like we know more about the functionality of YardiBreeze than they do.
