Posting rents and depositing rents is a straight forward process. The cost for the software is very affordable. If I have any support questions and the chat is unavailable, my question will be answered within 24 hours in most cases. Cons: My rating is 4 out of 5 stars because I feel there is room for improvement. For example, entering a payable or a journal entry requires a number of clicks before you get to the screen. With respect to reporting, the fields are limited. A specific example comes to mind when running a GL report.
