Pros
- It is usually pretty easy to use, and all the information is generally easily accessible. The support team are A-1 thank you.
- I find Palace to have everything required to run an efficient property management business. Has great reports for both tenants and owners.
Cons
- To start off with was all a bit mind blowing on what it could offer and without the right support there from early on was wondering if i would ever figure out how to use it.
- Landlords complaining about how they can’t read the statements I’m unsure why as it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to read them but we get lots of complaints.
Pros
- For the Real Estate prospective the most useful feature is the report field. It is very useful and easy to use because you can review and check all the info (General and Financial) for all the units.
- The abstract function is extremely valuable in accessing quick information on specific topics, and the financial tracking function has cut our annual budgeting process time in half.
Cons
- Setting up Ad Hoc reports can be a little difficult. Understanding how to get the filtering to work is not as easy as some systems I have worked with.
- User manual very confusing to read. Sometimes input key (especially for dates) doesn't work and have to retype many times to get date in.
