MyCommunity software will do everything or HOA needs and most of what we want.

I love how easy it is to navigate through the site. Any problems are easily fixed by a quick email or phone call.

There is really nothing that i can speak to at this point from a con or negative standpoint.

TA Logic is very responsive to user questions and suggestions for ways to improve and expand the product.

This software is easy to use, has many features not found in more expensive products. I really like having our own web site and not having to go to the management companies site.

MyCommunity is both easy to use and the most complete software package available anywhere. The features go on and on, and they are constantly adding to make their system the best.

They will help you through the initial transition from the previous management company. TALogic will really help you make a pleasant transition for your owners.

I don’t like the software at all. I tried to enrolled more that 4 times.

It has everything a HOA will need to successfully operate their community and stay in touch with their home owners,  tenants and vendors.

TA Logic has really helped us make available to our owners so much more than they had before in an integrated solution. Customer support is very attentive and personal.

Accounting is built in along with the usual document management and homeowner contact features. No need to set up and maintain separate accounting software.

If I could give TA Logic an overall rating greater than five stars, I definitely would.

Ending the year in Tenant Files is also somewhat confusing.

I'm  very happy with my Tenant File program. Customer support is the first rate and the features that I use are user-friendly.

When I needed new software in 2000 I search and tired over 20 programs- Tenant file fit all my needs at a very affordable price. They update when necessary and are very helpful if I get stuck.

We are unable to upload pictures of the individual mobile homes and there in no place to list the serial numbers of the mobile homes.

If you are a millennial then you'd probably seen interface like that. But if you are a gen Z, you'll be lost.

I was able to use the free phone support for the first two months which was very helpful as I learned the program. Everyone that I've spoken to has been more than willing to help.

It doesn't automatically calculate the tax on management. Probably a specifically Canadian problem.

I've had the Tenant File for about 10 years, and I would not switch it for anything. It is easy to use and has lots of great reports that I can email to both tenants and owners.

This program is very user friendly and makes it easy to keep track of tenants information.

I'm concerned about the safety of my data, and what would happen if the Internet goes out at my home business for a while. With the Tenant File on my desktop I don't have to worry about either.

AT YOUR SUGGESTION I CALLED A COMPUTER TECH. HE CHECKED THE SYSTEM AND SAID SOFTWARE PROBLEM.

User-friendly, increased production, the best accounting by far, overall better than other similar software.

It is very user friendly- simple titles, easy to navigate- still has plenty of space if I want to grow my busniess.

Customer service is as expected, great. With so many online scams and problems, I like that this is computer based and my owner's and tenant's information is protected.

And you only pay to upgrade the program. Support is quick and for the most part, thorough.

I think your service contract should be based on how many hour or calls a client uses. Every time I pay for a service contract I don't need it until it expires.

The pricing in the ease-of-use of this software is amazing. You can literally put it on your computer and start using it the same day.

I've been using it since 2011 and it has suited my needs in every way. My clients are happy with the easy-to-understand reports and I have been happy with the easy file setups and customer service.

I am happy knowing I may never have to look for a new program again.

Very limited on custom reports. The accounting sometimes is off a penny.

Overall the program is great,  I would like the system better if the tech support was more forthcoming.
