  • Pros

  • We were looking for software that would make it easy to allocate hours to jobs and would not require staff to clock in/out, and Actitime fit the bill perfectly.
  • The ability to easily set up customers, projects and tasks.
  • Cons

  • Overall, I had no real substantive dislikes about the software.
  • While the raw data export meets the need, it's not ideal.

  • It is very easy to learn, and use. It keeps all of our information in one place.
  • Easy to navigate between open and outstanding jobs. Can attach documents all in one place.
  • Cons

  • Searches can be difficult to return to. They lack pagination customization.
  • By far the worst thing about Knowify is the reporting. Though there are numerous reports built in, they are not easily manipulated, and they filter data depending on how it is put into the software.
