  • Pros

  • We were looking for software that would make it easy to allocate hours to jobs and would not require staff to clock in/out, and Actitime fit the bill perfectly.
  • The ability to easily set up customers, projects and tasks.
  • Cons

  • Overall, I had no real substantive dislikes about the software.
  • While the raw data export meets the need, it's not ideal.

  • All projects in one place and easy to view progress and work on other projects as well.
  • Growing company that continues to invest in upgrades. Excellent Customer Support.
  • Cons

  • Some functions dead end and you have to go backwards to move forward. IE Create a job from a SO you have to then go back to the SO to get to the work order.
  • Confusion around forecasting and poor reporting abilities. Also poor process guides/documentation.
