  • Pros

  • Another strong point of the tool is to be able to integrate with API of the different systems of the company.
  • The features gives us a lot of options, and the nocode help us to get setup of processes really fast.
  • Cons

  • Perhaps a disadvantage is that they do not have a module for process modeling in BPMN and with that to be able to identify which part of the process requires some maintenance.
  • I am just an user, so maybe there are features the admin can change and I am not aware. But I find it tricky the color of the bottoms.

  • This software is very modern and very easy to use. Customisation and branding is easy to do and the help and support from day 1 has been excellent.
  • Ease of use, Constantly evolving ITIL compliant service desk.
  • Cons

  • At first, we were a little overwhelmed by the many modules available, but we found we could cut out the modules we didn’t need making life a lot simpler for the operators.
  • However, this is a criticism I would level at any decent and comprehensive PSA systems.
