When we implemented CS in our firm we changed from a homemade software to a total solution with great support. It was very exciting to be the first firm in the country that used this platform.

CS Professional Suite caused more problems than is solved.

Also, sometimes UltraTax does not allow hard input.

There will be times where it will crash for no apparent reason. I believe we just have so much housed within it and it gets stuck and quits.

The customer service is good however even if it is their software that is the problem they will charge you to fix their issues. We have had two sales teams and both teams have been horrific.

Consequently there was no real integration between products. CS overcame this problem.

The programming error in the software was a very basic error. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The Ultra Tax user and data entry is one of the worst I have seen, very outdated. At times you have to switch multiple screens to input basic stuff.

The knowledge library is very comprehensive and has everything we need. All checklists, forms, etc. are all there that we use at our firm.

Good integration between the various products.

This has caused some confusion and trouble with billing clients correctly. I am not sure why the programs are not using the same configuration for client IDs when they are made by the same company.

They charge for support on all products except UltraTax. Practice is becoming a dinosaur, and badly needs to be updated.

We use UltraxTax with Thomson Reuters. I had some questions about the software and was not able to find the answer online, I used the live chat customer service and they were able to help.

The integration between the products is top notch and so helpful. Most of the products are relatively intuitive to use.

In 2015, it made a significant error in my state filing. I was audited by the state, and based on the error that the software made, I owe the taxes plus $700 in penalties and interest.

It may be difficult to begin working with the software and no prior training/knowledge.

My firm uses the CS Professional Suite, including Workpapers, Fixed Assets, UltraTax, GoFileRoom, and Practice. Each software is perfect for our needs with extensive features included.

There is one negative however, the client IDs have to be set up slightly different in File Cabinet and Practice.

The program is so slow I lose hours of time waiting for an entry to register. The excel file import errors out and tells me the file is open in another location when its not.

The layout is very easy to maneuver around with, simple and easy to learn. Integrated software are easy to learn as well, they chose the best software to integrate with.

The system has the ability to be a valuable tool in the day-to-day functions of time management and the other modules set up within the Suite.

Each of these programs has its own pros but all of them allow tax and accounting professionals to serve their clients as effectively and efficiently as possible.

The software itself is a powerful tool. Coupled with the fantastic consulting teams who help us make it work best for our business.

Its great for a small to mid size firm who covers all facets of accounting.

I like how Thomson Reuters offers a variety of comprehensive products.

The software is very sophisticated but user friendly at the same and is constantly updated and improved.

Good software, wish it had some better features.

What I liked most about Monday is that it is super user friendly. Synchs to user emails to ensure messages/updates are received.

It has a beautiful UI which is user-friendly. I love the timeline view and the integration center is amazing and user friendly.

I love the concept and it's a great way to organize a team and get everyone on the same page and constantly aware of progress.

The tool strikes a good balance between features and ease of use, and provides options to integrate with other apps.

Customer support is also super friendly and very responsive.

Monday.com is fun to use and also helpful. Using Monday.com to help with recruiting organization and visibility has been great.

It also is very affordable, and works great a desktop computer and your phone. They also have great customer service when getting back to you.

It seemed like the ability to invite people to join and then communicate with them was extremely easy.

Easy to use, easy to read, very configurable, allows good collaboration, good notifications, good visualization of projects.

Actually it is best for the small size of projects and teams. If you have more users than its cost is high.

There are 2 main advantages about monday: Pricing and easy to use. They have different types of monthly plan that could adapt to any organization.

It wasn't bad, but definitely more complex than what we needed.

It's a great tool and meet majority of our needs for now. We are a growing company and Monday.com is an evolving product, so far growing with us, which is very nice.

The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.

My team hates it, they find it confusing; I disagree. They do not like the layout and find it confusing to navigate through.

Its a very good application, the target of this app accomplish every thing, setting tasks setting reminders works like a charm.

The Monday.com platform is excellent in these areas, so for me it seems like an excellent choice.

Monday.com is user friendly and helps to keep our team on the task at hand. I like being able to assign teammates to the assignments with a due date is very helpful to keep our week productive.

It is good to be able to integrate it to third party platforms whenever we want, and have greater control of accessibility to each project.

When you're starting a business you have so many monthly software charges to pay for.

I also love that you can integrate it with different platforms like AirTable and Slack, which is super helpful.

Monday.com is indeed a blessing for me as it enables me to enhance much of my working abilities in best possible manners.

User friendly and provides a great level of control for managers and supervisors. The progress tracking is also a great reduction in time for managers.

It allows you to invite others and share timelines with them. It is very helpful to stay organized and share progress with free viewers.

They say things bad about being used by micro-managing leaders/bosses, but I dont see that as an issue at all.

I also like the quick links, recent and saved searches options all resulting in less time consumption and more output. This software has a lot of flexibility and helps in better output for sure.

Monday has been a godsend in this time where effective communication is extremely needed. Customer service is quick to work on issues quickly and in a friendly way.

Monday.com's practices are an invasion of privacy and spam.

I like it's clean, simple design. It is very easy to navigate and work with, which is important for a task management system that you will likely be using every single day.

It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.

If you have the money to invest in a great project-management tool, then monday.com is for you.
