I have not a very circtial issue of the dislike all about of the goods.

I like that it combines all the important issues of managing projects - from client info and invoicing to team management.

Difficult for laymen to make it communicate with the accountants software. Some relatively simple function request is not being implemented.

Like now its easy for me to schedule and implement things in multiple projects at a time, also now my all important documents are totally managed at a place.

Lacks a way to be able to put in our budget beyond planning. Cost follow-up and planned costs are difficult to manage in projects.

We find it very easy to use and its cost friendly.

I want to get warning if a week is missing working hour.

It's a minor annoyance because reporting time spent on a given project requires double-entering the time and then clicking the pencil icon to describe the work done during that period.

Overall experience is very good , it is user friendly and time saving.

Sometimes the autofill of working hours annoys me a bit.

As an active user of Moment (Milient's product) I find it extremely user friendly. A lot of it is very intuitive.

Some features not quite mature yet, does not work properly.

Thanks to the intuitive design, finding and using the necessary features is a breeze. Milient's sophisticated analytic and reporting features are another plus.

As per my use with milient i found it very simply awesome and user friendly interface and great for ERP.

Sometimes it can be a bit complicated and difficult to understand. Especially with trying to get the correct deadlines and finding everything.

One of the most interesting case scenarios that I could think of was that of this product as a historical repository of customer conversations and requirements for a typical product evolution.

I love the simplicity it provides; specially the user friendly interfaces and navigations. We can integrate onedesk with multiple tools like jira and zapier.

In general terms, it saves work by having two important functionalities in the same software.

The team on their chat is incredibly knowledgeable about the product and they are very responsive to enhancement requests.

The cost is high if you pay on a monthly basis. It is also difficult to communicate with.
