I like that when an employee activates an alert it lets the rest of the staff know quickly through a notification and text. It also uses GPS to geolocate where the alert is coming from exactly.

It is a great product, and all experiences are positive.

Easy to use, staff assist is very helpful in using the App as most people panic just from using the software. Staff Assist gives the users confidence.

Holding the panic button down for 1.5 seconds only to be asked if we want to actually dial 911 burns valuable time that could be use to communicate with an emergency dispatcher.

When their product did not meet the requirements set forth by the state without requiring an additional subscription to another company, they refused to let a school out of the contract.

This software is very easy to use and navigate.

I suggest eliminating the 1.5 second delay and/or the call confirmation question.

It is easy to set up and use, it is liked by all.

This product is a proactive way of keeping faculty safe.

However, I must say that initial set-up is somewhat confusing.

The geofencing at one of the schools was difficult because it was two campuses in one. This took time to figure out.

The app and software were very easy to use and understand. The location awareness of this app is pretty spot on once you map it out.

I like the ability to ensure that the administrator can manage staff well. I also like the ability to use the app for drills we run monthly.

The setup was super simple and took only a few minutes.

We were impressed with the functionality of this product and the ease of setting it up.

We had a fire at a school, and it pinpointed the location which saved minutes and saved the building. We could communicate with all teachers and staff members through this system.

It is now much easier to send emails. I like that even people without much experience can easily learn to use ROUTEE.

The prices are the cheapest and most reliable I could find for the country I target the most (Malta, EU) but it seems pretty cheap and reliable for other countries as well.

The ease of use, the quality of services, the customer support and of course the low pricing.

Pricing looks great but it would be good if it worked.

The platform is very well made and easy to use. The features are limitless and offer the end user a very good experience even for the non technical persons it is very simple.

Examples did not Include VB.NET and some errors in JSON strings.

I like Routee overall and will keep using it, at least for 'the-rest-of-the-world, but when I really need reliable messages, I prefer to deal with the mobile operators directly if possible.

They refused to provide/give me access to export my mailing lists or receipts.

It is very functional, efficient and takes great care to satisfy all users.

The messages to ported numbers were being lost and they said they fixed it after the fact but couldn't guarantee that it would not happen again.

The customer service is very good and very helpful.

It is easy to use, communication is 100% online. Your support is excellent.

There's no API to check to what network a number belongs for us to determine our SMS rates in advance before sending an SMS.

We use ROUTEE for our mass SMS marketing and announcement campaigns where it performs quite efficiently.

I have gained very inspiring experiences with this platform.

Its menu is a bit difficult to use when you are looking for a feature and it has some unecessary  settings in some features that can be a problem.

ROUTEE system helped in automating sending SMS messages. Made it easy and cost-effective.
