I am using Meritto since 2 years it is Easy to use and managing was good
It is better then other CRM options and it is easy to use. Clean dashboard
PROSI love the reporting system of Meritto.
CONSIt taking to much time if we download some reports.

Quick to get live, not functional enough to optimise for applicant experience
- Onboarding and team support - Good customer success team, available to help
CONSThere has been no improvement to the features for over a year despite significant flaws and a lack of customer feedback taken by the product team. Lots of missing functionalities - we moved most of our applicant tracking to Google sheets.

Meritto CRM review
The experience with the CRM and the team supporting the CRM has been quite an empowering one w.r.t to the technical side since this the first multifaceted CRM I have worked upon. The product is quite helpful and is a user friendly one.
PROSThe various features of the CRM especially those for pulling out reports, data analysis, comparisons, cost identification, graphical reports which give the insight into the total leads output as well as individual counsellor performance are quite helpful and impressive. Each lead integration and the steps followed can be accessed and assessed at all the different stages in the workflow by the admins help to monitor the process at every single stage. Addition of features like call recording would make it a perfect product.
CONSIt's a convenient and effective interface but may need few more sessions to make it user-friendly for someone who is a slow learner.

Meritto Rolling Others
Accurate info when we apply filters on lead management . we can creating a self new campaign that is super easy and allocated to team members for admission conversion . A very smoothly and easy to use when we fill the candidate details .
CONSmajor issue is facing when candidate is done any admission payment or application form payment at admission portal and it is not showing on Student npf timelines on that time we can not take follow up for admission conversion and candidate lost the connect with counsellor.

NoPaperForms- An User Friendly Application
Overall, users often find Meritto to be a valuable tool for managing admissions processes in educational institutions. Its intuitive interface and comprehensive features streamline tasks such as application management, communication with applicants, and data analysis, saving time and effort for administrators.
PROSMeritto (formerly NoPaperForms) has several impressive features, but what I particularly appreciate is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive functionality.
CONSI don't have any dislike about the same, however Some users may have experienced difficulties with the learning curve when initially using the platform, especially if they were accustomed to a different system.

know more about NPF
i like how the things are customized to users needs. A good CRM and data management tool. it works best with exotel.
CONSWhile handling the long call, half of the details are filled. but, while on the call NPF logs out automatically, making it difficult to find the lead and update the information. Pop up for calls work very rarely making it difficult to find lead as call hits. some time NPf fails to generate leads, which is being more frequent now. And on heavy call flow this becomes a major issue

NPF helped
We started using this CRM when we were struggling with a negative perception spread by competitors. NPF was used for sms and email campaigns.
PROSThe product is highly customized for education industry. Quick to deploy. Most required features are there. Most important is the analytics which is provided to the user. We used to get monthly/bi-monthly updates and it helped. The admission tally exceeded the target.
CONSThe total cost of ownership runs a bit high. However, it is best left to the bargaining skill of the client.

Easy to Use. Lead Nurturing Feature. Lead Activity Timelines.
CONSMonopoly in Increasing the prices (SMS, WhatsApp) or charges on online payment. Can not track the Raw Data nurturing activity (like we can not do effective nurturing using RAW Data communication).

ExtraaEdge is nowhere in competition. LeadSquared was tough competition - we selected it due to pricing Salesforce - cost was very high and was not suitable for small-scale admission teams.

Good experience with meritto compare to saleforce or other portal.
I think overall its very simple to use, if your are using excel or google sheet then i will advice pls use this protal if you r handling data in excel or other data base.

Good for communication and lead management.
My overall experience with the Meritto has been really good due to the simple UI for ease of understanding of the tool and its functions. It also saves time by bulk emailing and scheduling the emails. However, not being able to attach more than one attachment to an email makes me work more by creating a zip folder and adding the required files to it. Adding this might also be helpful for users like me.

CONS-I'd don't dislike but I would like you to add a feature that lets users search multiple email IDs at once, this will make it more user-friendly for bulk emailing. - I'd also recommend you let Grammarly or other similar tools work on the Advanced email creation while communicating with the leads. - If we could add more than one attachment to the emails it'd also be helpful for several Meritto users.

A better data management system would make it easier to track data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Better filters: The current filters are not very granular. They do not allow users to filter data in a way that is specific to their needs. Better filters would allow users to drill down into the data and get more insights.Multiple real-time dashboards: The current dashboard only shows a limited amount of data. Multiple real-time dashboards would allow users to track different activities in real time. This would be helpful for monitoring performance and making quick decisions.

Hassle free admission process with meritto
I had come across this NPF in the year 2019 and NPF team have customized their product to my online education admission in a much shorter time with wonderful support. I strongly recommend the present customized NPF - Online Education for other institutions also.
PROSForm Filling : Self supportive form with lesser intervention by call center Complete Solution: Smooth Lead generation-management to final admission along with Fee management helped to complete the sales with lesser dropouts in the process. Dashboard for admin: Analytics available in the dashboard are helpful for remote controlling & monitoring especially for online education.
CONSCollecting Feedback from candidates about their admission experience can be improved upon and shall be available in the dashboard in graphical representation.
