  • Pros

  • You can call and speak to people who want to help you fix your problem and they constantly improving and taking feedback.
  • Simplicity and ease of handling our inventory and customer database.
  • Cons

  • Documentation and instructions are week. Limited options: spell check, cut and paste option just not work on all parts of the system.
  • You may have to follow up for status opposed to waiting to hear an update. Way more hits than misses through, especially lately.

  • The stock management aspect of the software is brilliant. We've got full visibility of everything now.
  • Therefore, I use the software on a daily basis to keep everything organized. It is easy to move around and find what you need within the software.
  • Cons

  • The system can occasionally run slower and lag.
  • I dislike office based work, so my only con would be it is computer based which I suppose software of this nature has to be.
