Pros
- The website integration saved us during the pandemic. We were forced to get our inventory out there on our website and Good Shuffle helped that process with a one time entry.
- GoodShuffle Pro really helps to streamline multiple business functions. The tutorials and access to customer service has been amazing.
Cons
- The only thing I really dislike at all are the glitches, which get worked out quickly once they are notified, and the lag sometimes.
- Still some glitch with QuickBooks integration. Reconciling monthly and especially quarterly sales tax is a pain.
Pros
- They have made the transition from our previous rental solution to MCS seamless. They work with the utmost professionalism and friendliness and are very approachable if we have any queries.
- Our favourite part of MCS is the efficiency it brings to us as a business. For example, we save at least 10 minutes per contract when it comes to invoicing, as there is no need for manual processes.
Cons
- Can be tricky to navigate some of the profiles and permissions.
- Any small issues that have arisen have been solved “on the fly. Maybe WE will discover some issues in the future, but we have no worries about them being handled promptly on request.
