The Dojo community forum, user groups and annual Domopalooza are all great resources that allow customers to network and share ideas.

My overall experience has been frustrating. Customer service always replies initially, but never again after that.

All of the information it gives me makes me able to focus on the things that are most important so I can bring in more revenue.

It has been great and my team and I really enjoy working with it.

Customer service reps are very pleasant and helpful. The UI and all info on dashboard is great - all info is in real-time too.

Domo has cut the distance between themselves and Tableau, but they still have not surpasses them.

While it is a great program for taking data from multiple sources and making useful charts, the cost can be extremely prohibitive.

The support case has been open for nearly a month and has  just been escalated to someone that appears to know how to read the code I have been sending them to trouble shoot THEIR integration.

I'm not complaining apart from the price ofcourse.

I really like how you can graphically present high-level data and then give users the ability to drill down to get the underlying data based on multiple parameters.

Think about how much data you have before you go and buy it. Unless you have a lot of info coming in, it's a waste of money.

Accordingly, the agreed POC project completely failed yet their sales/legal team tried to threaten & demand for a 3 year licensing fee.

It was a horrible experience from the start with a group of young men that had no business consulting.

Readily available on the desktop, laptop and mobile with all of the great features intact.

Domo makes a tedious part of the job a breeze. I love the features and it makes working with customers quick and efficient.

Domo gives you an extract of the information, and if you need to add filters, you perfectly can click on the expand option and add it. The data is easy to understand and analyze.

Once you get your head around it, the interface is powerful and intuitive although the learning curve is steep.

My experience so far has been very good. It provides the drill-down capability that isn't readily available with other applications.

It's incredibly powerful and allows any one (regardless of coding or data science background) the ability to create dynamic reports and complex data automations.

Reports are beautiful and can be customized in endless ways. Data integrations are numerous and allow companies to bring in data from a wide variety of sources.

So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.

Very inuitive and visually appealing. Helps develop KPIs for management that is super helpful for decision making.

Small organizations may have a difficult time justifying the cost.

The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.

Great, our Analytics Team lives in DOMO and the output they provide is wonderful.

Various chart types and easy integration with current business processes were definitely a plus in navigating the software and completing projects on time or sooner than expected with great results.

Just a very tough tool to use and is very limited if not technical.

I like being able to check status of monthly revenue without having to go through our CRM system. Domo automatically imports all relevant information and summarizes it in one sheet.

Good product with lots of promise let down by the worse customer support I've ever experienced.

Aggregate Reporting in Domo is Nice and Easy to Use.

You can design just about anything you want as a customer. While there are many standard reports, you can customize a great detail for super detailed data.

Ease of Use, Support Team is magnificent, scheduled reports.

For me personally - the ability to monitor airline sales based on flown revenue, rather than booked revenue or travel date.

My overall experience with GRASP has been good. In the last couple of years it seems GRASP has made some necessary improvements with the interface and support staff.

Great product to deliver up to the minute reporting.

Grasp Pay -  and I hate sending emails all the time  - it would be nice to have a number to call when you have questions. Emails back and forth get no where sometimes.

Access to cloud server can be slow at times- the more staff online the worse it gets.

I use grasppay for an account, i like that we don't have to do manual cc authorizations. Support is great and very quick to respond.

Grasp Data is a major time saver. Also, while Grasp has grown, they still treat me as an important client and provide great customer service.

It is a little tricky (for a complete novice) to find the right data item name when using filters. They are not visible in a canned report to be able to look up/mimic.

Overall Grasp is great to provide what we need, but the most important part I've encountered that I'd like to highlight is the Customer Service. We've always received EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

We are also able to automate the reports and give access to client, which save us time and less request traffic. Grasp Technologies' customer service is exceptional.

Trying to find the correct report is very difficult. One must know the terminology that grasp has chosen.

The problems we usually have are mostly related to the data that is captured by Trams from the GDS.

Customer service has always been responsive. Ability to request new reports on the rare occasion when they don't have a report meets a client's specifications.

It is user friendly for my 600 plus travel advisors.

The software is user friendly, the support is amazing and everyone is always so responsive.

This it the best client based tracking software, past travels, package bookings, client information stored encrypted, amazing tracking and invoicing.
