Necessary for Growing your Dealer

Awesome! It's so nice to be away from a task manager system/whiteboard

PROS

I love how it manages my entire recon process for me. I know what is happening with every car at all times.

CONS

When you have as much inventory as we do it can be slow at times loading, but I know they constantly have speed at the top of their minds so I'm not too worried about it.

It made a lot more sense and had added features that you typically have to pay another company for

Carketa user for 3+ Years

PROS

Our favorite feature of Carketa is the reconditioning tool tracking ability - the abilty to see where any of our dealership's vehicles are at any one particular time in the recon process.

CONS

Somtimes Carketa is diffcult to use, functionality-wise. It provides a lot of information, and sometimes too much. We do not use all of the features.

Reason for choosing Carketa

Price, Value, Ease of Use. We demo'd about 3 different products a few years ago, but Carketa (then Greenlight Recon) was a fledging company and implemented a lot of the ideas we had.

Daily User. Liked the old carketa much more.

Old carketa, great. New carketa, not great.

PROS

Beats using pen/pad/word of mouth to keep track of vehicles and their needs.

CONS

*More complicated to get to information pertinent to parts ordering and repair (submodel/awd or fwd/ engine size and model/ect...) *Comment section all funky. When I have been notified of a comment it takes me to a page with all the comments for everything on it without even telling which vehicle were talking about. I have to click again and go to another page to find all the info im looking for.

Carketa is essential for inventory management

PROS

As an independent dealer with multiple locations, the new location filter on Carketa is a great asset for us! Before this feature was implemented, it was more time consuming for our store managers to see where their vehicles were in the recon process. Now our managers can easily identify where their vehicles are without the clutter of the vehicles from other locations. Another benefit for us is being able to compare metrics between stores which was not possible before. This allows us to properly optimize inventory flow and identify inefficiencies for each store.

CONS

I have no complaints, everything from the software to customer service has been excellent!

PROS

CarKeta has allowed us to spend more time selling and less time chasing cars around. It has significantly improved the overall organization of our business. The digital condition reports also gives consumers the transparency and trust they have been looking for “the missing piece to digital retail”.

CONS

The organization of their products could be a little better but I think they are releasing a full product menu this month.

Reason for choosing Carketa

I think the work flow is better and over all user experience is better. The software is built so anyone can use it. They also have more to offer with some of their other tools.

NEW CARKETA IS AMAZING

PROS

I love customer service and the way they help us improve our work. I also love that it still hasn't become slow, I thought it was going to work fast 1-2 months but it's still working very fast

CONS

What I least liked about Carketa is that we didn't have reports for 1-2 months, now the excellent customer service I solve it and we have our daily reports

Easy to implement and my customers love the reports.

The staff is the best! They are always listening and improving the software.

I didn't have it ten years ago. It would have helped us make more money

CarKeta is a game changer

It’s been amazing! What’s really awesome is the team reaches out to you and let’s you know of changes and updates to better the process even more!

Hands down the easiest software I’ve used to keep track of a vehicle through the entire process from start to finish!

Honestly there’s really nothing to complain about!

It's simple. Keys, sticker and begin the recon.

PROS

Now it's simple. You get the keys, you get the Carketa sticker on there and you get the car put into the recon process.

CONS

The only inconvenience I've ran into is the necessity to have to email reps to get more stickers, is there a auto-delivery system?

The inspections give the consumer the confidence to buy now vs later. Thr recon tool has literally became the back bone of our company and I couldnt imagine managing it without it. Good company and an awesome product. Definitely worth checking out.

PROS

Recon tool keeps the dealership flowing and producing the inventory needed to keep you growing with confidence.

CONS

Wish I could add completed vehicles back into the recon process a little easier.
