My company recently purchase a one-year subscription to form.com. Jim Souza was fantastic.

An effective, intuitive and efficient solution for any and all assessments/questionnaires/etc.

It is very simplistic and easy to navigate around. That is the only positive I can think of for this app.

Doesn't  interface well with word or office suite.

Ease of use for new users. It is very easy for new users to implement this platform in their restaurants.

This is a terrific software platform. I have used it with dozens of schools, helping hundreds of educators and thousands of students.

An application that improves its service by collecting data from its customers. With very good statistical tools we can see the customer is satisfied and make decisions.

This app has also lost complete inspections and all photos with no record that they ever existed.

They are very easy to access (web chat within the program) and are very helpful. The program itself has a large number of features which hurts its ease of use.

The app tends to lag at times however minor updates should address this issue.

Features & Functionality - I think that Form.com, especially with their API, has the best features. Customer Support is outstanding - every person I have worked with at World App is world class.

I was not delivered what was promised and then was nickel and dimed to do so. Ultimately had to completely abandon and hire a developer.

The platform works extremely well and has been effective in ensuring we provide outstanding service to our customers. Customer service at Form.com is top notch.

Sometimes fix can be long coming. Note: A problem is not always a fault it can also be an issue at the  user-end.

Provides great form creation infrastructure and increases data collection capability.

Data retention is great (unlimited as far as I'm aware). They also provide API use that I have not tested as of yet (but will be using eventually).

Above and beyond anything, Form.com has an amazing support team.

It's been great and we can change our questionnaires on the fly if a new question arises.

Form.com is an application that is very simple and user friendly. Offline mode features are great during emergency cases.

The app lags during this process and sometimes will close by itself or the picture just acknowledged does not get added and is lost in the ether.

The ability to collect signatures and create PDF output which are of regulatory importance. The ability to integrate with our in-house applications through the API.

By creating a simple elegant interface, with the ease of programming, and the ability to customize reports, it is an ideal package for helping educators understand and use evidence.

The ability to fill forms easily (dropdowns, radio buttons, tick boxes). The ability to have checks and  logic in the forms.

I would highly recommend Form.com to any business or individual that is looking for a good quality data entry program.

We had always thought that POS systems required a lot of money and a lot of intensive labor. When we saw POS Prophet Systems we were shocked with what we could get for our money.

Over the years there have been very few glitches or problems with the software; it just runs and runs.

Now, with POS, we've only been off once in four years. Simply the best investment for cash management and inventory control there is.

We have had some chargebacks, some fees, and have spent alot of time on 5 transactions in which we both lost some money and our customers lost some money.

The software certainly did what they said it would and as the inevitable hiccups and difficulties arose during implementation, they did a great job of tracking and resolving our issues.

Once we spoke to POS Prophet Systems and learned how easy the system is to operate, how great the customer service is, and not to mention how friendly the staff is, we knew this was the system for us.

However, we got some good support and eventually worked through most of the issues. By the end of the season, we were very happy with the system and what it could do for us.

We have not been able to figure out if it is a merchant services problem, a POS problem, or some of both.

They have been easy to reach, quick to help and pleasant to deal with. Best of all, I don't get charged for every call, and that makes for a smarter and longer relationship with POS Prophets.

We wanted a system that did not involve a large investment up front, one with good inventory control and an easy learning curve.

It is very user friendly and if you do need help they have a great team of techs to help you along the way. We used to use QuickBooks but needed to upgrade to a system that had real time data.
