What I like the most about Instacart is how easy it is to use and how convenient the app is. Great way to shop online.

There is nothing I dislike about Instacart. The app is amazing and the shoppers are very friendly and they go out there way to make sure I get my items.

I use all the delivery apps but when I have a big grocery order, I always go with Instacart.

Sometimes items are out of stock, something you can't tell when ordering. Need more options too.

Until my most recent transaction, I really liked Instacart. You only get one chance to cause me stress. Three calls regarding an unreleased hold in which every person I spoke to blamed the bank for the delay (how childish), something that had never happened before! Then multiple calls to the bank which had to be escalated to get anywhere, and finally after a week and a half, the hold was released.

There customer service is ineffective and I'll never trust this business again. I've already deleted the app.

I use the app when I just swamped with work and can't make it to the grocery store myself.

I love that you can get food and other general merchandise with the click of a few buttons and have it delivered to your door.

Substitutions or sometimes lack of substitutions can be a hindrance and things can go out of stock between ordering and delivery.

My overall experience with Instacart I'm able to do other things that are needed to be done. What's amazing is while I'm getting my to do list complete, specifically my shopping done for me, I'm able to complete many tasks at once. Its great! I truly enjoy that you can literally choose from so many stores (convenience stores, most grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.) I'm truly grateful I tried Instacart out, its helped me in so many ways.

Before using Instacart, I was a user of another software program for my grocery deliveries. The first time I tried Instacart I was over joyed with how much thought goes into ensuring I will get the groceries and products I selected or as close to the product of my choosing. They allow you to see who your shopper is and where they are at during the entire shopping process. (It is almost as if you're there yourself) If an item needs to be substituted they allow you real time choices to figure out what you would like Instead. Once they are finished, they will let you know they are checking out and you can track them until they reach the final destination. Friendly service and early as expected 8 out of 10 times.

I didn't care about when an items substituted. Whatever they choose for your substituted item, you'll be paying that price. Unlike other software shopping programs I've used that will give you a substitution and the lowest price as the original item you had asked for or Whichever price is best they will go with. Instacart doesn't do that. Whatever is chosen for your substitution is what you'll be paying.

You can pay by month or pay yearly for instacart delivery! Its not too expensive, it's definitely cheaper in the long run because you're saving time and gas. My overall experience is fairly good! Other than the charges for delivery and service fees which being a paid member of Instacart you pay cheaper fees and don't pay for delivery fees if a paid member! Other than this, it's a wonderful place to use for places available to shop online at. I recommend this to those that are too busy to shop themselves or for those who don't have the means to get to places themselves!

Instacart is very easy to use! There's different places that are available to shop. What I love most about Instacart is being able to stay in touch the entire time my shopper is shopping for me. I Enjoy being able to add more to my list of I forget something and I enjoy them trying to find something else if the item was unavailable that I requested!

The one thing I dislike about Instacart is the different fees. There's fees for delivery service with each order. Which I feel we shouldn't have to pay if you're already a paying member. The other negative factor is the prices are usually a bit higher than if you was to shop yourself, to make up for instacart paying the shoppers. However, isn't that the reason we pay for the service to begin with? Otherwise, why do we pay for the Instacart.

Overall, my experience with Instacart has been positive, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and convenient way to grocery shop.

Overall, the benefits of using Instacart is I don't have to rely on my family to take me shopping nor do I have to do it myself. It makes me feel more independent that I don't have to wait for my daughter to come home and do the grocery shopping. I can just whip out my phone and place an order.

I like the status tracking most because it puts my mind at ease and I'm able to estimate what time my order will arrive.

Those fees can add up quickly depending on how much shopping is being. For instance, I placed a large order with Shoppers because they had a nice sale going on and my delivery fee was $40. I was ready to cancel my order, but I went ahead and paid for it.

I usually get my order delivery incorrect. But I also get my orders quickly.

I like that I can shop at multiple stores and have them all picked up oat 1 time.

I do not like that I pay a monthly fee to use Instacart delivery, and then still pay for delivery charge.

I am 71, handicapped. Today, my order arrived missing six items, Fouritems from the deli. The shopper texted me stating "the deli is closed".This was at 10am. I called the deli. It opened today at 7am. The shopperlied, to avoid waiting in line. Also missing 28 oz. can of tomatoes. Icalled; the store had plenty.I emailed customer service at Instacart several times, asked them toredeliver the missing items so I could eat. They told me they were sorry,but they cannot re-deliver. The cost to me is an additional delivery feeof $7.99, an additional service fee of $2.49, plus tip, $3.00I summation: Shopper lied, then customer service (after four attempts),asked me to spend $13.48 more for their mistake.It’s unconscionable

It is so convenient to place orders online in an efficient and timely manner! I'm able to say if I must have a certain brand or if they can substitute items so I can get something similar. I like that everything is done from the actual store website I am shopping at.

While I love the convenience, I don't like that it is assumed a certain tip I will intend to give. Sometimes there are items that are missed on the list and there is nothing mentioned about it. Other times I have said not to substitute items and there were substitutions made.

Instacart is a great app to have on your device because it is a way to get what you need when you need it. Merchandises and consumables are all able to be purchased and the order can get delivered as soon as two hours. Extremely convenient and there is pick up as well. What more can we ask for.

It is easy to understand and gives all information needed for partner stores. Can track the delivery to make sure that the order arrives at the door. Can speak with the shopper and driver through the app.

Instacart software does not tell you when things are out of stock but they give an option to set replacements which can be kind of time consuming

I have always despised going to the grocery store. Instacart has saved me so much time and stress from having to make the dreadful weekly trip! Ordering groceries is as simple as writing a grocery list and the price is well worth it!

I do wish that shoppers were better informed on how to pick quality produce. I order a lot of fresh produce and sometimes have to go back to the store to repurchase them on my own. The app still does save me time because my grocery list is significantly reduced and Instacart makes it easy to report a problem and request a refund when the shopper has done poorly. I think more education for the shoppers would help resolve this problem.

This app saves me time, money, and peace of mind. I like that you can communicate with your shopper while they shop which is something that grocery stores pick up delivery apps lack. This gives instacart an advantage.

What I like least about the app is that sometimes the app does not track when things are out of stock. I wish there were a better way for the stores to communicate with instacart so that I will not choose items that are out of stock. When things are out of stock sometimes I am notified too late. Where grocery store pick up and delivery services have an advantage is that if an item is out of stock, they give you a substititution for the same price. Instacart will not. You will have to choose a different item, pay for a higher item, or request a refund. Maybe this is because they are a third party service.

Overall, my experience with Instacart has been highly satisfied!

I love how easy I can order groceries and how quick I can receive them! I can receive my order in as little as 2 hours! Everything always comes well packaged and delivered right to my door. If I have any issues with my order (rare occasions), I can simply report it in the app and receive a refund. Very easy and convenient app to use frequently.

There is nothing that I like least about Instacart.

I love the convenience of getting my grocery shopping done while im at work so all I have to do is pick it up.

Their customer service reps are very nice and helpful. I had on a couple of occasions a shopper missed an item or didn't deliver something on time and they refunded my order with no questions asked.

I love Instacart- it makes ordering groceries so easy and then saves me time because I do not have to go to the store. I can specify to the driver to leave at my porch if I want contactless delivery. Also, the ability to chat with the shopper in case they are out of stock on an item or have a question is a great feature.

Sometimes I find it frustrating selecting replacements for out of stock options. Only shows you a few options and sometimes they are not what I'm looking for.

As a business owner, there often aren't enough hours in the day. Instacart saves time by allowing you to order groceries from your phone. You can choose delivery windows or schedule in advance. It is an incredibly helpful tool. It is easy to use and the ability to talk to the shopper in real time is great as well.

Occasionally you get a shopper who will say he can't find something and check out without offering a replacement, but that is few and far between.

My over all experience with Instacart was a five star rating. Every aspect from choosing the store I needed, to getting my items delivered have been excellent experiences!

What I truly liked the most about having access to Instacart is, if you're home and for some reason can't leave, and you realize, shoot I needed something else and its something that you need right away. All you need to do is click on your Instacart and look for the store you need. Most places you need, that doesn't already offer delivery services themselves, are on Instacart. This is what I truly enjoy the most about this company! I know from experience as this happened to me which is what caused me to try Instacart out the first time I ever tried their services.

The only negative mark I can give honestly is I wish there trial offers were a little longer, to give you a more realistic idea, other than a week. I truly have no other negative experiences with Instacart.

I really like the Instacart software! It's such a great way to order groceries. It has a good variety of nearby groceries and they are very good about live updates on order statues and about unavailable items and substitutes that would be needed. All of the drivers are very friendly too
