Some errors (it is possible to fix them but sometimes it appears some errors when uploading the properties for example.).

These apps are optional, and you pay extra for them, but we are glad we found them.

Prepare for bumps and sweat during integration and use extra external services to generate extra income and make it easier and more guest friendly.

I found it difficult to use, some overbooking, not answering very quick.

The best part of this channel manager is the function that allows you to import the properties from Airbnb. It really saves you a lot of time.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This has to be the worst channel manger software ever.

Now the system is fantastic and integrates seamlessly with our current booking software.

She was readily available for questions and was a large part of how successful the integration was.

They blame everyone except themselves, one excuse after another.

The first 2 months everything was normal then I started getting problems with synchronization. Receiving double bookings , getting reservations for less money than syncronized.

INTEGRATION WITH OTHER SERVICES. We found external DYNAMIC PRICING integration (Pricelabs, Beyond Pricing or Wheelhouse) and OPERATIONAL APPS (Wishbox, Chekinn, Doinn, HelloHere, SuperHog) great.

Rentals United its easy to use, and its a perfect option to easily connect to big listing sites and niche ones. I use for more than 2 years and i never had an overbooking problem.

It is easy to use and provides a good summary of data on the most important aspects of rental accommodation booking in a well summarised format.

As a new user just transitioning into using Rentals United over the last few months, the customer service was excellent.

Great improvement in customer service since commencement almost 2 years ago.

There was no negative comments , but as said it is one of many apps you can find , copy paste from some other app.

We found ourselves struggling to manage the admin side from the speed at which we started receiving reservations.

We were excited at all the bells and whistles Rentals United offered our budding hospitality division.

The integrations are AWFUL and not as advertised. The customer support is RUDE and does NOT reply.

I love that the software is user-friendly and that they offer manuals specific for every channel connection. That guide helps immensely.

We did a 2 month test with connection with bookingsync for multi units. Complete disaster, wrong  prices calendars show booked guests couldn’t book for certain days, wrong accountings connections.

On a up side their customer service response was quite good.

The ability to add a mark up on pricing to counter the listing sites commission (airbnb, booking.com etc).

The worst experience ever. Don't trust them you will lose your money.

What makes RU exceptional is it's dedication to world-class customer support by its account reps. My rep is absolutely outstanding.

I like the ease of using the software and the avoidance of double bookings.

I believe Rentals United is a great tool to broaden your property distribution channels. They have helped promote our listings effectively in new channels.

I liked that Rentals United takes care of all the management of Channel Integration APIs on my behalf so all I need to do is sync properties to RU, and it will handle all the channels on my behalf.

You can connect to a lot of channels it gives a page for direct reservation but it is difficult to use interface and all, they didn’t answer very quick and I had some troubles with overbooking.

Great experience with Rentals United - good communication and I find them particularly open to suggestions.

I really do not have much positive to say about Vividly. The customer service team is responsive and willing to get on the phone to help you if needed, or do something on your behalf.

Amazing customer service, speedy implementation process, immediate process improvements.

And the analytics to track trade spend percentage, performance, etc are excellent tools for determining future promo plans.

Super easy and fast set-up and the product is extremely user friendly, which is rare in the CPG promo space.

The accrual function within Cresicor has been a huge help for our team.

What I like most about this software is the deduction matcher which saves an enormous amount of time and removes the guess work of ensuring promotions take on products are valid.

It's easy to use, downloads the files quickly, and allows us to break out the deductions by customer and product much faster than before.

Additionally, Vividly's platform helps us efficiently validate or dispute fraudulent deductions, effectively earning us back both money and valuable time.

The overall ease of use of Cresicor cannot be overstated. The ability to contain trade spend info for all accounts in one location is ideal.

The team at Vividly has been exceptional from the start. Their dedication to customer service and seamless implementation has made a significant impact on our operations at 505 Southwestern.

Cresicor has allowed us to quickly and accurately tie deductions to products and customers. It's freed up hours of time trying to manually break out deductions and improved our ability to forecast.

I am constantly coming up against features that I need that cannot be implemented, and I have found handfuls of problems with their system that they acknowledge as bugs.

Our entire team has really enjoyed working with the team at Cresicor. They truly care about making sure the system works best for our business needs.

Advance duplication is my favorite of the many useful features.

Cresicor is a very useful tool to support our retailers abroad. The platform is very concise and works great for the intent.

Overall is an effective tool to reveal which promotions excel and which are not cost effective. It provides the company with a much broader understanding of sales and promotions.

It gives great visibility to the planned promos and makes the process of managing plan to actual easy so focus of management is on driving business.

It is pricy for a smaller company, but should pay dividends in the long-term.

There are many many points in the usage of Vividly where there is room for human error and failure, which could have huge huge implications in the scope of forecasted revenue.

The team at Cresicor will even take request to make the matcher compatible with different customers backup formatting. The customer service turnaround time is also excellent.
