So grateful for the price. I am starting a new business and need things to be affordable and easy to use.

The first week I used onsched i ended up firing one of our artists because he was stealing. Wouldn't have ever even known if it weren't for appointment booking software, who would have thunk.

My experience using OnSchedule has been quite exceptional. I needed some things with this software to be customized for my business, and the staff were so happy to help and went above and beyond.

The customer service was outstanding. Extremely helpful in getting me started and assisting me with setting up a schedule that will suit my new business.

I love that this software is very user friendly and easy to use.

Mitchell and John provided exceptional training and support. They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend this company.

The thing I like most about the software is how easy it is to use the features is what makes it so great.

Although change is always hard we are happy with onsched and glad we made the change.

The only con is the lack of HIPPA compliance, but it is only for medical and none of the competitors are hippa compliant either so I suppose it's neither here nor there.

Things are working well but we would love to have an app for mobiles as the phone is less easily maneuvered.

Only issue is sometimes appointments are not saved properly because of an error which states 'OFFLINE. Not sure what that means, but it doesn't happen often.

One other thing that was annoying was a little bug with uploading images. I'd always have to upload images twice for them to work.

The software is flexible and the pricing is adaptable.

I like the integration  of the web site and our appointment calendar, the customer service of the company.

Its pretty easy to use the basic functions. The help desk is prompt and available 24hours.

Most of our students catch on quick with the basics of adding appointments and client services, cashing out and general navigation is great.

I love looking up reports on how the salon is doing as a whole as well as individual. I like in a second being able to tell a client when she last visited us what she paid ect.

Very powerful with good reporting  and great customer support.

Unfortunately I am forced to use this overpriced, hard to use software because my franchisor has made it mandatory and I have no choice.

It is my no means a user friendly interface. My stylists and staff complain about using this product on a daily basis.

The staff are always pleasant and helpful however they have a policy of trying to tie you in to long contracts without being clear about it.

Configuration issues aplenty and sometime impossible to track down what is actually happening. Poor integrations with some providers and tools.

With all the clients in our system we should have more marketing options. There are a lot of weird cliches that’s happen at end of day.

I also love the 24/7 customer care that’s available at any time if you need them.

I love the ease of use of this product. Our daily day to day operation would be so much more difficult without Shortcuts.

I like that setting appointments and checking out are pretty easy.

Overall pleased with service. The ability to login and see appointments and have online booking has been very beneficial.

Need to work on the texting part, has a few problems.

Comparatively other softwares outsources this feature  thus resulting in added cost/each campaign. Genuine and enthusiastic.

The reporting feature is limited, scheduling employees can be confusing.
