Fantastic Implementation and support team

RepeatMD dedicated their time to truly understand our practice's needs and wants and customized the entire app to suit our practice and patients perfectly. They are the Best!!!

PROS

We had the privilege of working with an exceptional customer success team that ensured our platform was up and running exactly as we desired. The RepeatMD team gave us excellent guidance and constant support, making sure our platform was exactly how we wanted it.

CONS

None! Our implementation was easy and A LOT faster than what I was used to. We launched with an event and the app was a resounding success.

I would like more support to make my subscription with RepeatMD successful.

I love the app, however, I have not been successful in making it profitable for my business. My rep never checks in with me or provides any ideas or support to help.

PROS

Love the app concept. The platform is very attractive and eyecatching.

CONS

Lack of support from customer service representative. No real interaction to make platform successful for my business.

Reasons for switching to RepeatMD

I was told that RepeatMD provided more services and had a more hands on approach with business owners, however, I found out that's not the case. I would like for someone to call me regarding my account.

Sweet talk false promises

Not a good fit for our med spa. Patients complaining and not user friendly. Customer service is not what we expected. Too many false promises.

PROS

Nothing. The customer service tries to understand my issues but can’t solve them.

CONS

The expense of the app is very expensive and definitely not worth it.

Well undoubtedly RepeatMD platform has proven to be highly beneficial via its customer centric engagement, real-time data analytics & documentation. Not only this RepeatMD provides flexible tools, including multi-channel marketing and ecommerce management, which have proven profitable.The membership program allows us to maintain close contact with existing patients, offering special treatment and rewards, enhancing their experience.In summary, RepeatMD has significantly improved our customer engagement, data analytics, and collaboration efforts. Lifesaver for Me

PROS

RepeatMD has consistently delivered accurate guidance, giving me peace of mind and saving me countless trips to the doctor's office. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking trustworthy medical advice from the comfort of their own home.

Don’t Fall for this company

Has been horrible. They acknowledged that they did not meet the expectations that i was given. Agreed to financially compensate me but only agreed to less than half of what i spent with them. Not a good company. There are better more cost effective option out there.

Ability to text clients but other than that nothing

CONS

Horrible to work with. Was misled. Was told the actual app would be available 2 months after joining. Found out a year in the app had been available and being used by other local companies that joined AFTER me. I was lied to and told it was not available. But i was paying for the service others were receiving.

An exceptional loyalty platform

PROS

The RepeatMD app has enabled us to retain almost 95% of our patients through its mobile rewards platform, which is an unprecedented result for our practice.

CONS

A possible area for improvement would be to broaden the variety of treatments available on the marketplace. Having a wider range of options would increase our revenue streams.

No happy

Not good ! It appears that the entire company communicates with emails only and all employees or most of them at least work from home so information is slow. All The different departments seam to not be connected or share information or be on the same page. Prices were entered and advertised wrong so we had to honor that and lost money ! Not very well managed !

PROS

Rewards program but most of the time we did not get a code to post in the patents account

CONS

Reports are too late and do not contain enough information. Very hard to track payments for memberships and RMD only sends emails to parents for credit card payment updates. No one calls the parents to update cards so if the email they have is wrong then the parent has no way of knowing that their card is expired.

Adding Rewards and Loyalty is vital to success for a Med Spa

It's been okay. At the macro level, they give a lot of support such as masterclasses and a great CSS. On the day to day, you a kinda left on your own particularly if a client has trouble with the app. The app is really best for iPhone which leaves Android customers a bit in the dark.

PROS

Online Marketplace, Rewards, and Loyalty program is vital to give a med spa an edge against the competition.

CONS

Customer support for the app is poor. There is no phone number to call when clients have trouble saving app to Home Screen which is one of the most important features. The CSS is great in designing memberships. The app does not present context sensitive pricing so you have to very careful with the pricing of the packages or one of the seasonal specials might result in you losing money on a package due to double dibbing on discounts

Great app for our clinics!

Great!

PROS

Providing our client rewards & benefits for downloading the app and purchasing memberships.

CONS

Giving us as the client in the back end to cancel patients. Tracking beauty banks on the app for each client so we do not have to track it internally.

Poor ROI

I did not solve any of my current problems.

PROS

That I felt like I have a legitimate app for my patients to have on their phone for easy access

CONS

For the monthly cost, there was a lot of work that was required by me. In addition to the monthly fee, I also gave a way a lot of free gifts to the clients, which really affected the ROI on a small business.

Honest feedback

The onboarding has been challenging and confusing for our staff but we are hoping it will be worth it! The staff has been very responsive with requests for help, so that is very much appreciated.

PROS

The best feature has been that patients can purchase packages online without help in office; however, we still have to manually keep track of the patient's visits on our EMR and APP so it feels almost double work sometimes.

CONS

We were hoping to have an easier time running memberships (we manually ran each card each month), but we are finding it is difficult to keep track of when the member switched to the app, when their draft date is, and when the payment is actually processed.

Do not waste your time and money

Poor service and no response to client concerns. They keep changing my account specialist

Easily accessible for patients to purchase when and if the app works!

CONS

Expensive, horrible customer service. Takes over a week to get any response. They keep sending you to various individuals without any resolution.

Terrible Customer Service

Like I stated above, this is the worst SCAM you could join and I would not reccomend ever.

CONS

I do not say this lightly, however this program is a SCAM! Do not use them whatsoever. When we found out we did not need this application, the hoops we had to jump through to try and cancel to find out we had to pay 50% of the remainder and then on top of that trying to cancel for 2 months without contact from them. They are happy to take your money, your clients money and RUN. I woudl not reccomend this to anyone and I am deeply frustrated by this program. It has been an absolute nightmare for me, my practice and my clients.

Repeat MD is a solid marketing platform

We are wanting to increase our monthly recurring revenue and their program has certainly helped us.

PROS

We are liking the membership program which allows us to keep in close contact with our current patients and give them special treatment, offers and rewards.

CONS

The current platform does not have all the features needed to seamlessly handle changes to the membership program. We have been told that the upgrade coming will address this. Customer service has been a little spotty at times, though they have made some staffing changes recently and it seems a little better now.

why I love RepeatMD

amazing!!

PROS

I absolutely love RepeatMD! We have seen a significant increase in client visits as well as new clients since iplementing the app. Our clients also love their downloaded app and have been more engaged in services purchased.

CONS

There is a definite learning curve to signing up and checking in clients but with staff training and encouragement it is quite effective

Growing Loyalty

PROS

I like the recurring revenue of the memberships.

CONS

I just wish more of our clients/members bought more on the marketplace. We have over 700 members sign up in under 2 months. But only 15 have made purchases/memberships on the app. I don't blame RepeatMD for that. I blame a poor economy and people just not having more disposable income right now.

a Win Win for my business
