Akiflow integrates with all of my existing tools (no switching cost) and the app is really well thought out. It's boosted my productivity meaningfully.

Akiflow has been my lifesaver for task management.

And then at the start of each day, I drag my tasks onto my calendar where they live and ensure I don't book a meeting over top. Fantastic way to visualize your tasks and stay on top of things.

My overall experience has been excellent. Customer support is incredible and they are developing the app extremely quickly.

I have tested out dozen apps like this, most notably Sunsama, Todoist, TickTick and Akiflow has the best performance (speed), ease of UI (slick user interface), fastest keyboard shortcuts.

The biggest thing it's missing is an iOS app - but this is already being worked on.

The real beauty is that you can use all of these features or only a few, as the system is flexible and capable for any personality/workflow.

I love how easy to centralize your tasks from all your sources (mail, slack, notion, etc.) and to dispatch them on a calendar view. I love the reminder before tasks and meetings.

Best thing for me is being able to DRAG&DROP from a ToDo list to a Calendar and automatically syncs with everything. So easy to connect to all tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack and Zoom.

Motion manages and plans tasks automatically much better, but comes in at twice the cost and is also only in browser.

The two biggest pros are the ability to manage one's task list within a calendar, and the responsiveness of the Akiflow team on its Slack community.

I love how fast and sleek the design of this application is. Too many task management systems are clunky and require a lot of time dedicated to maintaining them.

Replaced calendly for me. I love being able to see all my meetings and tasks in the same place, as it helps me be more realistic about planning out my day.

It helped me speed up my workflow and be more productive,  there's no learning curve. It's just so easy to use right out of the bat that you can be productive in minutes.

Happy with Akiflow for the most part. The interface is nice, the reminders are well done, it integrates with Asana, is perfect for time blocking, etc.

Patiently waiting for more 2-way sync integrations with other project management tools. The inability (at this time) to integrate with Outlook calendar accounts.

It is still in Beta so there are still a few bugs but none that are critical, and there is no mobile yet, although it will be released soon as of this review.

IOS version still missing, so only available for Mac at this moment.

I can also integrate my slack, email, todoist, google calendar, and notion and get all the tasks in one place and that just is the most amazing thing about akiflow.

I liked the ability to create my tasks and label them. Easy to drop into my calendar.

The app is great and Planday keeps working on it. I have used it for almost two years and it is really useful now.

Great sales, customer service, training, and tech personnel. Everyone is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, awesome at responding very quickly with easy to understand, concise yet complete answers.

I am excited to start using it in January because my payroll will be integrated into the schedule.

Planday really reduces management time compiling the rota, it is easy for staff to manage holidays and good to help managers stick to weekly staffing budgets.

I like having an app on my phone that has my work schedule and the ability to clock in and out on my phone.

Really easy to use, great layout so it’s very clear for staff members to use. The swap shift feature is a great addition.

Planday helps breakdown my hectic schedule, and updates me the minute there is a schedule change.

This software did not work well for our needs. Our staff often works together and overlaps what they do in the store.

While working on a schedule the staff can see it in real time and can cause confusion until it is complete.

Most i like here is customizing my report and i can use it in any devices.

Planday is very easy to use, very userfriendly. The ability to customize everything is great.

We were looking for a platform that would allow employees to see their schedules, request vacations, switch shifts, etc. we also wanted a time clock that integrated with quickbooks.

My training with Daniel was great, he was patient and answered all my questions. Planday is such a useful tool for a busy restaurant group.

That the support has always been excellent. This software has had a significant impact on my ability to manage my staff in a way that is efficient for them and our office.

Again, this would prohibit them from being accidentally scheduled while they're in class. Again, while employees have this capacity, we would prefer to have it as well.

The software itself is very user friendly, easy to navigate, and appealing to the eyes. With so many choices out there, you want to make sure you go with something that you will enjoy using.

The mobile app is so nice to use as an employee compared to the others I have tried. The others are always built for a manager.

I don't like that there is google tracking on it everywhere I go.

What I like most about this software is the support. Customer rep has been very patient and very helpful every step of the way.

This made the software very difficult to use. I found that it was also difficult for staff to request time off.

So far I am excited about the change and the time it has saved my manager each week and the money I have saved allowing her to apply her time to more worthwhile tasks.
