Very easy to use once you know how to use the software. The On-Boarding one-on-one contact was greatly appreciated during the start-up process.

They now have a quality app and more features than most programs have for a fraction of the cost. They also have a REST API which is extremely helpful for expanding the potential of the software.

Warning School Admins - Their App is worthless - nothing is accurate / up to date.

I strongly recommend this to any school or school district. It is a fantastic resource for my school and my community.

I enjoy the ease of the Online Help, the only troublesome part of that is not all of the features being presented (maybe the Online Help just needs to be updated?).

The multiple pop-up windows got annoying after a while.

A huge advantage to the system is the technical support. We find the support staff provides great assistance with easy questions as well as more complex solutions.

Our daily health screening is something that has been helpful with our new guidelines.

This would avoid having to log on  to respond to a parent.

The cost of the product initially drew us in this direction. Had we known the quality of the product and ease of use, we would have changed even sooner than we did.

I found its interface to be clunky, filled with unnecessary options, and difficult to navigate.

Sycamore offers the software without nickel and diming for add-ons or necessary features. For a small and/or non-profit institution, it is an AWESOME option at a very reasonable cost.

Sycamore is a fairly easy school management system to navigate.

The only negative aspect has been parent participation.

STARS Campus Management System is reliable, efficient, and very user friendly.

I enjoy the ability to customize reports, the dash boards and many useful reports. In addition, I find the team at STARS very helpful and always helping us move forward.

They take it like champs and always deliver. STARS is always the first thing I open on my computer in the morning to see what my day will entail.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find a report or function in the system, however this could also be seen as a pro because STARS has so much to offer.

This product does many of the tasks done within much more expensive software packages, without all of the network and IT cost. We have used STARS for our campuses and are very pleased.

Customer service is poor. Lots of promises to get things done quickly, but we've had to wait months for simple changes and were given attitude about it.

Great Database,  reporting features, customer support - never any downtime.

Being a web based product it eliminates any costly server infrastructure. STARS is able to handle all our school processes from lead aggregation through career services/placement.

In our recent Title IV audit, all of our previous opportunities for improvement were addressed and the audit concluded in just one minor finding.

The reporting abilities of the system are outstanding and the customization options regarding querying the data are simple yet diverse and abundant. The customer support is amazing.

I have had previous experiencing working in Campus Vue. I find that STARS is a very competitive alternative to Campus Vue without the higher cost attached.

The STARS team is always quick to respond when I have any questions or concerns. STARS is an all around great system with and even better customer service team.

They have outstanding support for any issues that may arise, or help with training.

Customer service is prompt with strong follow up. I would like to see more reporting options available and queries easier to build.
