Having to convert xls to pdf is a limitation. Tutorial during inputs;  this would be more intuitive.

Work flows for approvals is a key to our process and ICM worked with us to fit a specific need without any customization. Ease of use, extremely good customer support and responsiveness to issues.

I received no training on how to maximize this system and had to figure it out by myself.

There hasn't been anything that has made me feel bad  but Testing necessitates some downtime due to communication issues with warehouse equipment, however this is not a system flaw.

We have not have any major issues, and any minor issues are addressed timely. The software as a service is more than capable at scaling to our constantly changing volume due to seasonality.
