Preset response templates make it very easy to give a response to customers and with just little modifications you can convince them.

This is the best damn RFP software system on the market. These guys have unparalleled customer support and have developed the first FUN to use RFP system to make requests for anything 100% less sucky.

Other than a few quirks in the system/workflow, we have been extremely pleased with the platform and the customer support that we have received.

The product is already substantially better than the one we were so excited to select a mere 6 months ago and it continues to improve.

The software is the best in terms of the user interface than anything else we tried out. We have found Loopio extremely intuitive, easy to learn, easy to train others on and easy to navigate.

Export formatting is our biggest pain point; however, this has a lot to do with preferences.

I believe that they are building a world-class product and have throught very hard about product development and roll out.

Keyword matches sometimes return very off the wall answers, but those are few and far between. When using subgroups, there is no way to reflect the subgroup ended on the import.

Time to value was incredibly short and ease of use is as good as I've seen on any tool. On the few occasions we've had to reach out for assistance the customer support is prompt and knowledgeable.

Loopio's customer care has been most impressive. We were guided through a simple on-boarding process, including training tools, to assist our internal teams.

The price of having such direct control over payroll is that any mistakes I make are on me.

There are many more affordable solutions with better interface and customer service.

This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.

I love the timeliness of the emails on payday, and I love the ease of use when acquiring paystubs. Plus, the animations are fun.

Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.

It allows users to respond to RFPs by importing requirements within the solution, searching questions in the database and assigning them to subject matter experts (SMEs) if needed.
