  • I love how easy it is to use and setup. Really great for communication with clients.
  • Re:amaze seems like it's constantly getting new features without raising the modest prices.
  • Cons

  • There's not a lot of handholding which can make it a bit tough on newcomers.
  • Also, there's no built in code syntax highlighter which is essential for technical products where your customers are developers who need sample code as part of the knowledge base articles.

  • Completeness of solution, flexibility and ease of use - vision for the product by SummitAI.
  • I like the overall design of this software and some features are really good like workflow and ticket routing and the orchestration things.
  • Cons

  • Configuration management module still needs some work done, could be in forthcoming releases. Not having Customizing / renaming field option is highly missed.
  • I felt bit tricky to understand the commands but now I can explain all to my workers.
