The layout of all the orders with tracking links is another great feature that Freight Club provides. The integration with Shopify is the main reason we started using this and found out about it.

We like that it's easy to use, has good pricing, and offers freight shipping insurance at a reasonable price.

Not to mention, the customer service provided by the different carriers is miserable.

If I cancel an order from the booking screen, it turns out that it changes the shipping carrier and I am told I need to check each one.

They do not pay insured shippings some how. Terrible customer service.

It pulls together so many different shippers to help us find the best option for every single case, while still staying automated enough to be low labour intensive.

In the tracking screen it does not show all the deliveries that are delayed, you have to search for them 1 by 1, so there is no knowing ahead of time. You have to wait for the customer to notify you.
