Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The ease to create the database structure including the table relationships, DataPages and quick deployment with little coding. I like the authentication protocol which makes the software very secure.
  • Pros: easy to use, helpful videos, live/free trainings were excellent.
  • Cons

  • The sales people there are horrible and dishonest.
  • There should be a multiple check box feature, where the choices can be pulled from other fields. Also, the rules for conditions are very limited.

  • The biggest thing is the text to payment method. Extremely good software.
  • Software easy to navigate, setting up new users is easy. If you need assistance, a Kimoby representative helps you right away.
  • Cons

  • We did not like that users can easily opt out of receiving messages. We used this to remind employees to send timesheets but they would just opt out and it rendered the system useless.
  • When typing in a phone number there is a significant lag. Sometimes picks numbers no where near the invidual I am trying to access.
