  • Pros

  • On top of that, [sensitive content hidden. And the team behind it are always very responsive to queries, and offer great advice on how to improve and streamline its use.
  • I find their customer service skills outstanding as they walk you through everything. I can check my traffic but also repeat customers which helps me build my brand.
  • Cons

  • Receiving daily summary everyday when no booking... but they working on it.
  • It can be hard to get your head around as one or two bits aren't overly intuitive.

  • I love how intuitive it is to use, and I also LOVE the reminders, it makes it super easy to keep track of everyone.
  • We like the ability to brand the software, make live updates to agendas, and the pre-departure activity tracking. The Youli software has been a core part of our business from Day 1.
  • Cons

  • UI/UX feels dated / difficult to use esp for people that are color blind.
  • I also think it's a bit tricky for a lot of our older clients to figure out (60+), but that just comes with the age I think.
