Having control of my booking platform and availability is key to running a small business and most importantly having AUSTRALIAN based help-desks, with key staff you get to know is FANTASTIC.

Set up was a bit difficult without a lot of reaching out to the development team and customer service. Because it is a pop-up, it is difficult to track conversions for PPC.

I'm french and my Company based in France, of course it can be difficult to use for those who don't speak english well enough.

Reports are useful including the manifests, and ability export. Promo codes, gift certs, categories and so much more are easy to manage.

Easy to use, plug and play, great support, beautiful, uptodate.

It is an absolute delight working with this app and it is definitely one of the booking solutions I keep on coming back to.

Overall it's a great website and i would recommend it. Hopefully we will have more tours on here in the future and we can use it more often.

We reviewed our 2013 selection notes in 2015 and trialed Rezdy and two other providers. Rezdy stood out in so many ways, but the flat and fair pricing hocked us.

Overall, we are happy with Rezdy and appreciate that they mostly stay on the ball with new integrations and technological improvements.

There is one report I work off that I can't go back a page without the app going down. This is the only problem, though.

Overall, there are very few things we dislike/like the least about the software. Our biggest problem was the delay of the markup to gross feature.

I have been frustrated with Tourwriter from the moment I transferred the initial payment.

The problem stems from an itinerary template we signed up for as one of their standard available simply did not work.

We dont use the accounting function, but everything else works brilliantly and customer service is excellent.

Is easy to use due our company needs to have very good explain our products.

I cant believe i'm still trying to deal with them but once you've invested as much time and personal hours as we have its hard to go back.

The product knowledge of the implementation team is terrible. It has taken us over 12 months to try and get the implementation complete and we were always timely in getting our tasks completed.
