Their terms and conditions are not customer friendly. You are not allowed to forget it or you are not allowed to cancel it through their portal... you have to send an e-mail to them.

As per the terms and conditions, we can not do this. But we can cancel it for next year.

Limited tool - Wisecut isn't an all purpose video editor.

The transcriber adjusts and puts the text right where should be. It adjust the video sound and cut dead space correctly.

The transcribe function is better than most I have used in the past and the fact it does some jump cuts here and there to make the video more engaging is excellent.

The fact that all I have to do is drop my file in whether from my phone or laptop and it does everything at the click of a button is amazing.
