  • Pros

  • It seems like this would be a good piece of software, if I could ever get it to work. Seems cool but I've never had an in depth user experience.
  • Another very positive factor of this software, is the quality in audio and video in their videoconferences, the best.
  • Cons

  • I haven't had anything major go bad while using Adobe Connect but I do think they could afford to drop the cost just a bit.
  • Sometimes, it is difficult for some participants to set their microphone correctly. However, this is a general problem of all such communication devices.

  • The ease and intuitiveness with which the system was implemented. Last year, we had badges preprinted and then they arrived and were not in any kind of order.
  • Team behind the product is fantastic. Few to no bugs or issues.
  • Cons

  • We did encounter an issue with importing data. We aren't sure what the glitch was, but it, unfortunately made importing a little tricky.
  • Because we used a third party registration system, we did have some issues with our external QR codes not always syncing. This was minimal but did cause disruption for a few of our guests.
