I like it's  ability to provide an instant communication with people from different countries whether through the audio or video calls.

Other end-user have difficulty to connect sometimes.

Sharing of information has been easy with Easymeeting. It is easy to use allowing everyone with access of the internet to use the product.

Over all using this since two months but really liked the plateform the feature of dual display support is really awesome. Its cheap and best as you will get what you need.

But when it doesn't, there is a major disruption to business and the perception of our clients is hurt. Wouldn't really recommend this product unless you have a full time IT Person to manage it.

The sales rep has always been available even after activating the product. I am so happy that I selected Ooma as our phones and fax provider.

Limitations on the Ooma Business products. Problems transferring calls in larger installations.

Ooma has a great online system that allows you to easily forward calls to your cellphone and send faxes. The online system is very user friendly and I have not had any issues with.

Love that voice mail is sent in an email and the notification when I have an incoming call.
