Download time was rough but that might of been my computer had lag alot.

I was impressed with the chat quality and the features of the program like emoticons, chatting, you can send pictures to your friends and family.

Works great for the price. You can use on desktop and mobile phone which has helped me with being on call all the time.

I am very pleased with Trillian. The installation is smooth and it's quite easy to use.

The PC chat window is a little confusing for us at times.

We love the ease of communicating safely across the office and when we are out of the office.

I love how easy this is as well as the ability to have group chats.

Working in a remote office, it is imperative that I remain in touch with my teammates. Trillian helped me do that in a simple, effective way with an easy-to-use, pleasant interface.

With our company being a phone based company, it is sometimes hard to get a hold of our employees when problems or emergency issues come up.

It may have more functionality but it’s hard to find.

There is not much we don't like about this software.

The layout was pretty much like messenger and it was easy to navigate. It is simple and easy to use.

The sign in on VMware is a bit tricky, in terms of the password, etc. but it's doable.

I like that it just for my business. Very secure and responsive.

Support is an instant message away which is amazing. I have had issues resolved in less than 5 min which is a life saver when running a business.

It gets the job done with no real frills. If you need a lower cost solution this would definitely work.

The software is fairly easy to use but their customer support is excellent and very quick to respond.

I really haven’t had any issues with the software itself. My only problems have been lack of knowledge of sending SMS on my end, but we are learning.

The only downside so far has been that Sendhub doesn't yet integrate with our CRM so we miss out on some of those efficiencies.

Horrible time, choose another texting app to save your money and sanity.

So glad I found this program. This is a simple, no-frills way to perform a very important and useful task around communication, client management, and texting.

SendHub makes SMS integration easy and straightforward. The system has an easy to understand API interface that is well documented.

Unclear how messages segmented, and it was hard to track even when I downloaded the direct CSV information.

We have no way of knowing and always assume they've gone out and then learn later that they didn't go out or were extremely delayed.

The user-interface is fantastic. Everything is very intuitive and laid out in a way that's easy to understand.

Easy to set up and has cut my infrastructure cost by 50% or more. Plus, I can monitor communication logs, which gives me a lot visibility and the ability to optimize team member performance.

Their API is awesome and allows customized solutions.

Students are easiest to connect with via text, so this was helpful in reaching out to students new to the program.

We send out messages and have peace of mind that messages are sent and delivered.

I have had a great experience, the functions are very easy  to use.

Sendhub is easy to use and very well priced. We use it for text to win registrations.

The interface is pretty basic and not very attractive. It can be confusing due to the lack of visual differentiation or a central hub/dashboard for management.

Unable to restrict users who share the same line from modifying  set groups.

I manage a sales team, so I need tools that are low cost and easy to set up.

When I have asked questions or made mistakes, both customer support and the salesperson who helped me will respond with answers.

We can now text our customers directly from our CRM and track their responses. We can also capture our sales reps use of the system and make sure that they're putting it to best use.
