The downside we experienced is that it ended up costing us more to use this service rather than saving us money to use the service.

It's really easy to set up and integrate with AdWords. It also has great ability to manage campaigns and optimize.

The auto renew contracts and don't allow for cancelations. If you want out you will have to file a dispute with your credit card.

They even have an option to submit tickets from within the application which can be extremely helpful.

The reporting was extremely easy to read and make decisions from as well as guide clients through. And it looked extremely professional.

Excellent Adwords API that has most of the functionality you want, and BBM is awesome.

But objectively, the best part about Acquisio is the Bid and Budget Management tool. It analyzes keyword bids 24/7 and automatically makes adjustments using intelligent bidding.

It is of great value and gives great insight into campaigns on a month-to-month/year-to-year basis.

The thing I liked most is its Bid and Budget Management feature. It is great to keep track of Adwords budget so they dont go over, and it keeps track of your rollover budget for you.

Not even close to intuitive, stalls, breaks, errors, set my bids at ridiculous prices then froze up for hours. How is this even a thing.

Occasionally, loading time can some time be a pain.

I loved it when I didn't have to consider paying for it.

Cons are no social PPC management (although that's coming soon) and some features, like labels, are missing.

After change to Acquisio for Kenshu it has been amazing and extremely easy to use the support team is amazing.

The Bid and Budget Management (BBM) feature is fantastic.

Making and deploying the flows was fun - it's like playing a game. Implementation was effortless for our developers.

The flow builder works great and there are just a huge number of ways to build logic into the flows. We have a complex UI, and so it is great to have several methods of building logic to fall back on.

The software is straightforward to use and very flexible.

This software is wonderful and quite intuitive, in my experience as an analyst.

Userflow is a very useful, intuitive and easy-to-use tool.

It is a great tool at a great price. The customer service is great.

Within a week, we were able to create and publish 10+ flows. It's simple and shrewd to establish connections with your goods.

We completely revamped our user onboarding with Userflow, treating as if it was part of our product by even merging it with some buttons/links in our app. We'll also definitely use it for NPS surveys.

When assistance is required, their support is very helpful and quick to respond.

Very happy customer, will continue to use the product as we grow and would definitely recommend it to others.

Limited on what I can access from my mobile phone on Userflow platform. Takes a long time to load and occasionally failing completely to be accessible on my Android OS device.

There is no way for new user to test the full version of the software before subscribing to the premium version. This is wrong and they should fix it.

In order to create a top-notch customer experience, the new enhancements to the Userflow platform consolidate and link much-needed capabilities. The user interface is quite nice.

If you need help, the customer support is also fantastic. Compared to Intercom's product tour feature, this absolutely blows it away.
