  • Pros

  • I lobe the fact that it can accommodate a whole lot of people especially when we hold virtual events. I also like the awesome audio and video conferencing quality.
  • There is no hidden cost since we can use it all over the world and features are good.
  • Cons

  • People get bounced out, no one can tell what participants are seeing vs. presenters or moderators.
  • On just a couple of occasions, the software was just no cooperating with us but we were able to use it after a few tries.

  • It's really practical when you can't attend a physical seminar during this pandemic. It really helps people when they want to develop their skill at home using webinar.
  • It is easy to use and allows you to build a channel of recorded webinars that can be promoted indefinitely.
  • Cons

  • High barrier to scaling registrations -- a lot of people don't want to create an account and it reduces conversions (in my experience).
  • The price is quite expensive in this economic crisis.
