It does everything we need, and is cloud based which is fantastic. Integrates with the other systems we need it to as well.

Ekos was 100% a solid investment - it has its pain points, like any software, but their customer service helps smooth that out.

It is hard to delete stuff on Ekos when you make a mistake.

I can fulfill sales orders from my mobile device using the EKOS app, or from my laptop, making anywhere in the world my mobile sales office.

The overall ability to keep track of inventory from receiving raw ingredients, to batch production to final product, and also the ability to sync with our accounting system.

The reporting tool is inflexible. Custom reports often time out with cryptic errors.

The Ekos team did a fantastic job setting us up and provide great support. I really enjoy the customization options in the reports.

The error codes are frustrating at times when I am trying to log in. I am not sure if that is my internet browser or my actual internet connection that could be the problem.

Ekos is the easiest and most intuitive inventory management software available for brewers. Getting new users trained up is simple and fast, but with a depth of capabilities for advanced users.

Overall, I am happy enough with the tool...however it has the potential to be so much more powerful for us.

It ensures that we have the proper amount of kegs for our deliveries for the day as well as easily manages our inventory and even integrates with Quickbooks to allow us to easily invoice.

Their customer support is quick, friendly, and helpful (despite what others have said on this page). The features are never ending, therefore it may take a person quite some time to learn.

Order Hub' is a fantastic one-of-a-kind feature from Ekos, allowing customers to place orders in an Amazon-type environment.

Horrible customer service.2. Winery management portion of Ekos was majorly lacking and difficult to use.

I would highly recommend Ekos to any current brewery or winery. It is the perfect platform to integrate and track every aspect of your business.

We also are better able to track our cost of goods, and find areas to reduce those costs.

Love the integration with QuickBooks so we can invoice our distributors in a timely manner.

The implementation of Ekos was easy and seamless. I wish there had been further support on the integration with QuickBooks.

4th feature requests seem to go into a black hole. Personally, have stopped entering them as no action was taken on them.

There's also the occasional error with batch tasks that prevent us from deleting an incorrect task or batch, requiring us to make a help desk request to remove the erroneous tasks.

Software is easy to use, I like the format that tools are presented in.

Reporting features are great and easy to customize, invoicing and customer management.

The reports are a little difficult to customize and there are so many already in the system that it is hard to find what information you need.

There is a lack of reality on how information is entered and their focus on the order of entry does not always equal the reality of what you are doing. Software is not user friendly or intuitive.

Ekos is a great CRM software, and overall great tool for a brewery of any size. You can keep all your information in this one program, and unlimited users can get a ton of value out of Ekos.

Ekos is the easiest software for orders and order management that I have used. It has a great UX interface and is intuitive in its operations.

The software is continually being tweaked to match the needs of customers, and the support team is incredibly helpful.

A lot of the functionality was difficult to use and their customer service was almost no help  in figuring it out. 60 emails to figure out one problem.

Ekos doesn't integrate well with other software platforms.

Perhaps the worst aspect to them is the duplicitous way in which they set-up accounts. I was told repeatedly by the salesman what the system would cost for 2 registers.

Its fast, the card processor is amazing, its easy to use, offers free trial version which is good for testing. Using t om my ipad makes it more fun.

They do a good job with request and features. If your a smaller location or quick serve you will be fine.

It is very useful and great POS for small businesses. It is very easy to handle and easy to use POS.

We lost so many sales because of upset customer because they are unable to pay their bill. I would either have to comp their meal or they would just leave because of Bindo's application.

It's easy to use and the dashboard is nice because you login anytime from any device.

They were arrogant when there was a problem and they had no solution except to hardwire to a printer. It is also ridiculously priced for functionality.

Their service button on the app has not worked since COVID started. Even before COVID, the customer service was really, really bad.

Hands down my favorite and most used iPad software of the moment. Awesome visual interface and one of the best crm/customer loyalty features I've used.

When I email BIndo regarding my problems, there is no real resolution. They'll ask to update their app, once we do so, we run into 10 other problems.

I also have tons of issues where transactions come up as partial payments for no reason at all. We have experienced the app crashing from so many little things.

The benefits I get from this software is the ability to use it on many different devices as well as having the ease of updating my products and prices whenever I want.

Bindo is a great system. We use it at where I work and its great because we can search for all of our items within just a matter of a click, our accountant can manage the store anywhere on the go.

I like the invoice/quote feature the best. We often set up bills for local agencys-emailing the quote/invoice is very helpful.

We have used Bindo for over 5 years and it has kept terrible track of our inventory.

Customer service is excellent and very helpful. The system is intuitive and efficient to learn if you take advantage of the Learning Center and online chat resources.

Easy to use nice and quick and it makes for a nice experience.

If you were doing this backward thank how we did it, Bindo has even more integrations to help you run that.

Terrible Customer service- can take days or weeks for them to respond to inquiries.

The ability to have reasonably priced pos system for a start-up is a big plus so you can keep tighter control inventory,employees,orders,etc.

Easy functionality and navigation is nice especially dealing with customers. At first I had to figure out the keys but charting information which was all self explanatory; very impressive.
