Dryrun, provided by LEVR Media, is a cloud-based financial forecasting and cash flow management solution. It is designed for small businesses and accountants who serve small businesses.

Dryrun allows businesses to run multiple “what if” scenarios and compare various options to make decisions about future spending. Users can then create detailed budgets and sales projections.

The platform allows users to collaborate by sharing forecasts online, exporting graphs and spreadsheets and adding new users with specific permissions. Integration with Xero through the Xero add-on tool allows users to stay up-to-date on bills and invoices.

Other key features offered by the solution include run rate tracking, project budgeting and capital asset planning.

Dryrun subscriptions are billed monthly, per user, with all tools and features included. The software also offers a free trial option for individuals and businesses.

Up until recently, we used a different product. It did what we needed, had all the functions we required and was priced where it needed to be. Enter DryRun. The GUI is much more appealing to the eye, the functions operate so much more smoothly and the QBO import function is a dream. We didn't realize how much time we wasted entering our items manually. Dryrun has made the cashflow forecasting quick, easy and effortless.

Advice to Others

Three important reports you need in any business are your profit & loss, your balance sheet, and your cash flow. Most of the major accounting packages do two of the three well yet they leave out the most importance report. The cashflow forecasting. Our startup has used dryrun for nearly a year now. After having tried different options like float, we can say with confidence that dryrun is the best cashflow management tool out there: simple, intuitive and excellent support (despite having a smaller team than its larger competitors). In particular, we've found that some of the other cashflow management tools were too complicated and lacked flexibility, whereas dryrun is customisable making scenario modelling a breeze.
