JobFLEX provides an efficient way to create professional quotes on site, while still in the field with a customer. All quotes can be customized to include logos, photos, and any other marketing collateral, and drop-down menus ensure that typing is minimized. Quotes can be printed out via a Bluetooth printer, emailed to the customer directly, or, if no Internet is available, can be reviewed by the customer on the tablet. The customer can then sign the quote immediately on the tablet.
The Customer Management and Scheduling tool provides an easy way to organize sales, leads, and opportunities. As appointments are scheduled, a member of a team can be assigned to connect with the potential customer, helping to streamline the overall sales process.
The file manager creates a new file each time a new project is added, and attaches all relevant files, photographs, and documents to the project. This way, paperwork can be minimized, and even eliminated, helping move companies to a paperless workplace. Because JobFLEX is web based, these documents can be accessed by members of the team from anywhere.
