LEVESYS is a construction project management tool designed to help contractors in a variety of industries create estimates, manage bids, schedule projects, correspond with customers, track finances, and manage follow-up repairs and ongoing services. The program is accessible on both PCs and mobile devices and can be deployed on the cloud or via a local server.
Through the LEVESYS job-costing module users are able create estimates and quotes; manages purchases and invoices; analyze win/loss rates; and view transactions against their budget and what work is still in progress. Controls and tracking capabilities help minimize the risk involved in ordering and purchasing processes with LEVESYS Procurement, and the cost estimating tool generates complex quotes and estimates throughout the planning, design, and construction phases. Also, the Subcontract Management module provides ways for users to schedule, control, and manage subcontracts regardless of the size and scope of the project.
